Great and safe location. Room was clean.
WiFi was not working. There were no bedside lights.

The shade curtain makes the room fairly dark for sleeping, which is very good and important.
Large table to put your stuff on it.
A major problem I have not experienced in other hotels: The floor of room #221 (and perhaps other rooms) very noticeably vibrates intermittently! Disturbing when sitting at the table working on the computer. We had to change rooms and the next day were given a room in the 3rd floor, which didn't have the vibration problem. Lighting was terrible in both rooms. One room had 4 light bulbs in the room, the other had 3. All weak LED bulbs. Semi-dark rooms! You have gone nuts trying to save on electricity. On a separate note, a room with 2 queen beds was not available.

The buffet breakfast was over priced $18.95 per adult. Couldn’t login to WiFi because there was an error message saying couldn’t recognize last name as username and room number for password. I didn’t want to call the front desk for help. The elevator sounded it was going to stop in the middle of going up and down, it had a grinding sound.
Our stay was great. We loved the location aside was close to all that we needed.

The Staff was excellent
The cleanliness of the rooms was not as satisfying as I would’ve expected it being that I am a Hilton Gardens, member, and the price that I paid for the night that I stayed was too elevated for the cleanliness, the toiletries and the actual smell from the room was very elevated for the quality that I received. I know that the rooms were in process of being remodeled, but it lacked cleanliness and lighting . Honestly, I feel that I was robbed. I don’t feel that I receive the proper hospitality that I would when I’ve stayed in numerous Hilton Gardens suites as a matter fact, I found it a bit degrading that I recently stayed at Hilton Gardens in Mexico and there amenities and the cleanliness of the rooms were a lot better than here
I liked my clean comfortable room at this hotel. The room was spacious with a large desk, sofa, comfortable bed, microwave and mini-fridge. There is a restaurant downstairs which is very handy, and there is a small pool and jacuzzi. The only problem I observed was some black mold in the shower.
