Местоположение отличное!
Персонал очень внимателен. Чисто. Завтраки хорошие на видовой веранде. Очень доволен проживанием в данном отеле. До этой поездки три раза был в Стамбуле. Этот отель один из лучших по соотношению цена-качество.

Curățenie exemplară, mic dejun diversificat, servit pe terasa hotelului, personal amabil, parcare.

Cons:

Din cauza poziționării, zgomotul din stradă se aude foarte tare. În prima noapte nu am reușit să dorm deloc, mai ales ca se realizau lucrări de reabilitare a șinelor de tramvai/ a străzii .

Pros:

Nice location, pretty new rooms

Cons:

1. Toooo poor breakfasts, I’ve never seen something like that… just one type of prepared eggs (which is basic) and not even every day. Once there were no eggs dishes at all just some pastry (for example, I don’t it this), so I had to take only cereals. No porridges, no salads (only cucumbers and not even cut tomatoes), no yogurts, no porridges, no sausages (only once and very few), no sauces, really it was a challenge for me to find at least smth to eat. Also, it was never on time!!!!! As we had a pretty tough plan of travelling, it was important for us to start early, but at 7:30 (as it is proposed) they were never on time, so we had to wait
2. Awful sounds from the street!!!!! Be prepared to hear it every night…. Really…. Besides, because of really thin walls all sounds from nearby rooms very loud.
3.strange toiletries… seemed like subs had already used it
4. Strange taxi drivers who always wait right in front of the entrance to the hotel.
5. Not perfect cleaning (a lot of things in bathroom were dirty)

Tout était parfait ! L’accueil était au top, le personnel très agréable et chaleureux. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est vraiment excellent, très pratique pour profiter d’Istanbul.

Cons:

Rien à signaler, nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour.

Pros:

L’emplacement et le personnel sont tout simplement exceptionnels ! De nombreux sites sont accessibles à pied et c'est un vrai plaisir de se promener en toute sécurité aux alentours, sans oublier le magnifique parc Gülhane juste en face. L'hôtel est également très bien desservi : le Marmaray se trouve à 2 minutes à pied et relie la ligne de métro menant directement à l'aéroport Sabiha Gökçen.
Le petit-déjeuner est varié, composé de produits locaux et très copieux, le tout servi sur une terrasse avec une vue magnifique. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour son accueil, son sourire et sa gentillesse au quotidien !

Cons:

Je ne sais pas si on peut toujours profiter de la terrasse le soir, celle-ci ayant été transformée en restaurant à la fin de mon séjour. Attention également si votre chambre se situe juste sous la terrasse, le bruit des tables et des chaises peut s'avérer dérangeant tard le soir.
Côté chambre, l'insonorisation est plutôt bonne, mais prévoyez tout de même des boules Quies si vous avez le sommeil léger : le tram passe juste en bas (ce qui est idéal pour les déplacements) et les chambres avec vue sur le parc captent un peu le bruit extérieur.

Un conseil : vérifiez la climatisation dès votre arrivée. J'ai rencontré un souci avec un flux d'air très froid dirigé directement vers la tête de lit. Le personnel a essayé de le résoudre à plusieurs reprises (merci à eux), mais sans succès. J'espère que ce sera réglé d'ici mon prochain séjour, car je compte bien y revenir !
