Lovely staff, excellent location, hotel needs work
Pros:

Location was excellent and the staff are incredibly helpful and supportive.
Almost everyone there made an effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible - going out of their way to provide alternative milks, find a baby chair and fix the buggy when it broke. Thank you to the staff, who truly made the stay!

Cons:

The hotel itself is not in condition at all. My room stank of sewage and one night of cigarette smoke as well. The bathroom door didn't close.
Room was only cleaned/ serviced every 2 or 3 days. Floors were dirty across the board. I wouldn't recommend staying here despite the location and the people. The hotel really needs some work and some renovations to make it worth while.

La posizione dell’hotel è ottima, è situato a poco più di 5 minuti dalla Moschea Blu e Hagia Sofia. Lo staff è gentilissimo e la colazione turca è davvero abbondante.

Pros:

Sehr sauberes und bequemes Hotel in der Mitte des historischen Stadtzentrums. Ideal für Sightseeing, da die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten in einigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Sehr freundliches Personal dazu. Es ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

Розташування ідеальне. Трамвайна зупинка прям під вікном. Поряд ринок, кафе і , найголовніше, краса Стамбулу.

Cons:

Дуже маленький номер. Але це не проблема для нас була. Трохи шумно, навіть з закритими вікнами. Ми були у 103 номері

Room had some plumbing issues with floor drains. Entire staff very friendly but except the receptionists the rest are having difficulties to understand and speak English.

Pros:

Lage war Perfekt, etwas laut weil Straße unterhalb bzw. Straßenbahn was aber wieder fein war alles schnell zu erreichen. Zimmer mußte gewechselt werden, weil Türe sich nicht verschließen lies. Upgrade auf besseres Zimmer bekommen.

Pros:

This hotel falls far short of its 4-star rating—it’s not even 3-star quality. Photos on Booking.com don’t reflect reality, with outdated furniture, unclean air conditioning filters causing odors, a pervasive smell throughout (including cigarette smoke from windows and toilet stench), tiny breakfast room, noisy water pipes during showers, a hole in the wall, and screws falling from door locks. One of our three booked rooms wasn’t available; the offered alternative (5-min walk away) had a single narrow 120cm bed for two grown up children of different sex under the roof. Prices match better options nearby. Hotel WiFi blocks Booking.com access, trapping guests. We stayed one night and canceled the rest via Booking.com through vpn.

Cons:

• Misleading photos hide real decay and filth.
• Unbearable odors from AC, toilet, smoke, and pipes ruin any comfort.
• Subpar rooms and overpriced for the area—feels like a trap.
