Café da manhã bom, boa localização e algumas pessoas da equipe foram bastante cordiais e atenciosos.
Ao chegar para o check-in, quando pedi para adiantar um pouco o horário, o atendente disse que iria verificar, porém, quando falei que a reserva era pelo Booking, o atendente já falou que não havia quarto disponível. Cerca de 10 minutos depois, chegou outro hóspede que conseguiu adiantar o check-in, decepcionante.
Outro ponto ruim foi a localização do quarto, em frente aos elevadores, havia barulho em excesso e no momento do check-in o atendente perguntou se havia alguma preferência e pedimos pelo andar mais alto e o mais longe possível do elevador. Em resumo, o isolamento acústico do hotel não é dos melhores, poderiam melhor muito neste quesito.
