The hotel is incredible good and highly recommended to stay when you visit Playa del Carmen.
Pros:

The whole experience was really nice, the hotel is big and confortable, the staff was really attentive to all the needs.

Cons:

The Hotel is inside of a condominium and it requires 2 gates validations for every single taxi when entering and when getting out of the hotel, this action requires to create a QR code for each driver when is requested. Is not a big deal but is time consuming everytime that you are planning to go out.

Bonito lugar, complicado llegar.
Pros:

Está muy bonito y le desayuno estuvoi bien.

Cons:

Solo hay una persona por la tarde para la atención de todo el hotel, pero sobre todo es complicado llegar, puesto que está en un fraccionamiento privado y te piden mostrar la reservación en la entrada.

Pros:

El hospedaje es excelente, las camas y complementos de recamara muy bien, superó todo lo que pensé. La piscina de 10. No pude conocer el gimnasio, pero lo demás de 10. El desayuno variado, y siempre atentos.

Cons:

Solo me gustaría un poco más de iluminación del lado de la alberca. Respecto a la ubicación, hay que tomar en cuenta que algunos transportes no entran, pero en la recepción te ayudan con traer taxis. Sugiero que tomes en cuenta eso, ya que viajes cortos pueden salir entre 150 y 300 pesos mexicanos.

Pésima ubicación
Pros:

La habitación era muy grande, parecía un departamento pequeño. El personal del restaurante amable y el buffet tenía mucha variedad de alimentos.

Cons:

La ubicación fatal, si te mueves en taxi, los taxistas abusan y tienes que pasar 2 casetas de seguridad.
La alberca es muy fría, no te puedes meter.
El personal de recepción no son nada serviciales ni amables.

Magnifique hôtel, grand confort, petit déjeuner exceptionnel, et le personnel adorable, tres professionnel et tres a l écoute. Un grand merci à Analiz et Sarai, pour leur chaleureux accueil et leur gentillesse

Hotel superbe calme et tres bien équipé
Pros:

Au milieu de la nature, beaucoup d’animaux dans le coin, piscine sympa, petit dejeuner copieux et assez varié.
Accueil professionnel et chaleureux.
Chambres immenses et parfaitement équipées.
J’y reviendrai sans hésiter.

Cadre super, hôtel joli et agréable avec la proximité des animaux . Très bon petit déjeuné et staff a l'écoute qui font tout pour nous rendre le séjour agréable .
La piscine aussi superbe

Cons:

Il y avait un bruit la nuit dans notre chambre qui nous empêché de dormir , le lendemain on en a fait part a l'équipe et on nous a donné une chambre équivalente . Cependant on entend quand même les gens d a côté ainsi que les golfettes qui passent ou le tracteur quand il tond la pelouse.

Pros:

Szép környezet, remek medence, nagy parkoló és bőséges reggeli. A személyzet kedves volt és mindennel kapcsolatban nagyon segítőkész. Biztonságos elhelyezkedés.

Cons:

Deluxe szobát foglaltunk, aminek volt egy közös ajtaja a mellette lévő szobával, emiatt nagyon lehetett hallani a szomszédokat. A part és főutca gyalog kb 30 perc, de kocsival vagy Überrel könnyen elérhető.

Séjour apaisant et sympathique
Pros:

Joli hôtel situé dans un cadre paisible et calme, le long du golfe de Playacar. Chambre spacieuse et très propre en rez-de-chaussée, avec un réveil agréable au chant des oiseaux.
Petit-déjeuner varié et complet (mention spéciale au monsieur en charge du service, très sympathique).

Cons:

L’hôtel est un peu éloigné du centre-ville : comptez environ 30 minutes à pied pour s’y rendre, ce qui peut être contraignant selon les sorties prévues et si vous n'avez pas loué de voiture. De plus, aucun repas n’est proposé le soir, il faut donc s’organiser en conséquence.
À noter également : une poubelle supplémentaire dans la chambre serait appréciable.
