Cons:

Everything was good, the only issue we had was the blue lights from the modem? That lite up the room brightly all night.

Happy will come to stay again
Pros:

Beds comfy , Heated towel rail enough power points and good space for bags
Lots pillows

Cons:

Two people staying but only one thick towel the rest were thinner
Towel rail above toilet (even with lid shut when flushing means they aren’t really clean but realise short of space )
Toilet seat in room 307 not properly attached - just a note for future maintenance

Overall great place to stay close to everything
Pros:

Lovely rooms best we’ve stayed in, in Christchurch reminds me of Novotel. Restaurant food was amazing.

Parking was a bit hard to get if it’s a full house

Quiet, spacious, super comfortable beds, the upgraded rooms are superb, great restaurant and bar, friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended. It is a hidden gem!
