Pros:

The staff were great very friendly and helpful the restaurant was great and also in a great location plus the rooms were really clean.

A comfortable, welcoming hotel that I’d happily stay at again.
Pros:

I’ve stayed here twice now and would happily stay again. The staff have always been friendly, and the rooms are comfortable, homely and well presented, with particularly nice bathrooms.

Cons:

On both occasions I stayed, breakfast was served in the bar rather than the usual breakfast area. It wasn’t a major issue, but the bar becomes quite cramped when most of the hotel is trying to have breakfast there at the same time.

It was nice, but not amazing.
Pros:

Lovely hotel. Comfy beds and friendly staff.

Cons:

We booked our room months ago and our friends who had booked far more recently had a refurbished room that was much nicer. The lighting was very bright with no lamps to soften the atmosphere. Coffee was a kettle and instant powder whereas our friends had a Nespresso machine.
