Pros:

Очень приятный персонал, помогал в любом вопросе. Не везде встречаю на столько ответственных людей.
Особенно понравилась безопасность отеля, могли без проблем оставить дорогие вещи в номере, и быть спокойными за них. Например, когда мы заказывали доставку еды, персонал дальше ресепшена не пропускал курьеров. И мог сам лично передать заказ, чтобы курьер не ждал пока спустимся за едой. Не пропускают людей, которые никак не относятся к отелю, либо не являются их посетителями. А в Риме это очень важно.
Хочу подметить на счет еды, завтраки тоже были очень вкусные!
