The staff was very kind overall. Checkin was great.The room was spacious and the bathroom was large.

Breakfast was good. The hotel was very clean which I appreciated. The food at the bar was very tasty. The room was spacious and the bathroom was large.

Cons:

I gave the hotel a 7/10 because of 2 things. The first thing is not being able to use the pool with my child. They have a rule that kids can't use the pool from 1-7pm.
Second, I was accidentally billed over 80 Euros for room service that I didn't incur. The front desk staff made me wait about 20 minutes at the front desk during check-out to make sure it wasn't my charge.

Fantastic stay
Pros:

Fantastic hotel - rooms were lovely, well maintained, and fitted out with everything you could possibly need (toiletries even included a mini mouthwash).

Cons:

There isn't really much immediately close to the hotel, but as you're only a 10min walk to the metro, it's very easy to get into the centre of Porto
