Hotel bom mas não vale tudo aquilo que se paga. Muitos valores em extras…
Pros:

Quarto muito bom e funcionários muito solícitos e simpáticos.

Cons:

Estacionamento caríssimo (25€ por uma noite), 20€ por pessoa para usar o spa, pequeno almoço caríssimo também. Se formos somar todos os valores conseguimos hotéis melhores entre Porto e Gaia.

Acho que para um hotel de 5 estrelas, devem melhorar o serviço.

O pequeno almoço era bom, mas havia alimentos com fraca qualidade.

Cons:

Tive que esperar 1h para ser entregue um dos dois quartos que reservei. O quarto que estava pronto tinha o ar condicionado avariado e não fazia quente. No check out demonstrei algum descontentamento, mas a rececionista não quis saber.

Schönes modernes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal.
Pros:

Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und die Zimmer sind komfortabel. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr aufmerksam. Das Spa ist klein aber fein.

Cons:

Das Hotel hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen, da war nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat.
