Melhor atendimento. Da recepção á limpeza: todos os funcionários muito educados.

Os funcionários são simplesmente PERFEITOS. Atenciosos, pacientes, pro-ativos, maravilhosos.

Cons:

Fizemos uma reserva pelo Booking, em um preço atrativo. Depois entendemos o motivo: tudo é pago extra. TUDO!!! Café da manhã, estacionamento, spa. E tudo caríssimo.

Fiquei surpreendida pela negativa, pelo preço e pelo atendimento não volto

A forma como fomos recebidos pelo rececionista não foi o melhor, não nos explicou nada e parecia contrafeito. A maior parte dos acessos privilegiados do hotel estavam bloqueados e a entrada na piscina tinham custos adicionais. Bem como, a comida era extremamente cara.
Para os preços e para um hotel considerado de 5* deveria ser mais cómodo e deveriam ter outro tipo de atendimento mais agradável e disponíveis.
