Cons:

I ordered a hamburger which was inedible. I complained when the waiter came to collect the table. He passed my complaint on to his colleague who had worked the night I had placed the order.

On another occasion I ordered some drinks and snacks. The person who delivered the food asked me what was wrong with the food. I explained that was inedible. He seemed annoyed that I had complained and told me that it was freshly cooked... as a Guest I expected an apology and at least a refund. I received neither.
For some reason I gave him a €10 00 tip. On reflection I wish I hadn't.

The guest may not always be right, but they always pay.

The worst hotel experience I have ever had — poor service, unfair treatment, and definitely not worthy of five stars.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing, and in my opinion, it does not deserve a five-star rating at all.

I have travelled to many countries and stayed in many hotels around the world. Usually, when a hotel is rated five stars, guests receive excellent service, respectful treatment, and genuine attention. This hotel was the complete opposite of what I expected. Honestly, it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

I read many reviews claiming that the staff were friendly and the service was good, but our experience was completely different. We noticed a clear difference in how guests were treated. Some guests received respect and attention, while others were treated coldly and poorly. We felt that there was discrimination in the way guests were treated, and possibly even some form of racism. We paid the same as everyone else, so we deserved the same respect and level of service.

The jacuzzi experience was especially unacceptable. We were three people, yet they placed us in an extremely small room with a jacuzzi that could barely accommodate one person. They gave all three of us only 30 minutes in total. I do not understand how they expected three people to use such a tiny space together. In reality, each person could only use it for around ten minutes before changing places with the next person. How can this be considered a proper booking for three guests? They should either have provided a suitable space for three people or given each person enough time.

The services were very poor, the rooms were small, and neither the facilities nor the treatment matched the price or a five-star standard. We did not feel welcomed or valued during our stay.

In my opinion, this hotel does not deserve a good rating. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for respectful treatment and genuine five-star service. It was a terrible experience, and I will never stay here again.

A qualidade da hospedagem, o acolhimento e a atenção da equipe superaram minhas expectativas. O quarto é muito bom, amplo, com decoração muito bonita, assim como todo o espaço. Nós nos sentimentos muito bem.

Pros:

Its a typical Sheraton, great bedroom very chic. Nice cafe lounge downstairs. Parking below the building you will need to pay. Not so far from center

Cons:

Swimmingpool is an extra charge of ten euros.
