מיקום מעולה! קרוב להכל, מלון נקי ונעים, צוות מאוד שירותי ואדיב.
Izba bola veľmi pekne zariadená, čistá a príjemná. Hotel je naozaj krásny a už recepcia má „wow efekt“ – celý priestor pôsobí štýlovo a výnimočne. Bola som ubytovaná s dcérou a veľmi sme ocenili aj bazén a celkovú atmosféru a krásu priestorov hotela.
Izba bola naozaj veľmi malá, približne 3 × 3 metre – moja babka by povedala „kutica pre slúžku“. Výhľad sme mali priamo do steny vedľajšej budovy, ktorá bola asi meter od okna, takže sme nevideli vôbec nič.
Najväčším problémom však bola klimatizácia umiestnená priamo nad posteľou, ktorá nám fúkala na hlavu a nedala sa vypnúť. Recepčný sa nám snažil pomôcť a vypol poistky, takže prestal fúkať studený vzduch, ale klimatizácia napriek tomu celú noc fúkala a hlučala. Bolo nám vysvetlené, že systém je centrálny a úplne vypnúť sa nedá. Ja som sa preto, žiaľ, celú noc prakticky vôbec nevyspala.
Hotel je krásny, ale za túto cenu by som očakávala väčšiu a komfortnejšiu izbu a predovšetkým možnosť pokojne sa vyspať. Práve preto by som sa sem už nevrátila.

super Hotel, tolles Frühstücksbuffet
We had a wonderful stay at NH Collection Prague and couldn’t recommend it enough!
The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of the city centre, whilst still feeling slightly removed from the busier areas. The building itself is beautiful, with a grand feel throughout, and the lobby in particular is really impressive.
We were visiting for my partner’s birthday and were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a beautiful, large suite. The room was fantastic, with two separate rooms and a large bathroom. The hotel had also left some lovely sweet treats and a bottle of fizz in the room, which was such a thoughtful touch and really helped make our trip special. We were also given breakfast for both mornings of our stay, which was a lovely surprise.
The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming and incredibly helpful. We also really enjoyed the lobby bar, the drinks were great despite being slightly more expensive, and there was a lovely atmosphere in the evenings, making it a great place to relax after a day exploring freezing Prague.
The hotel has good facilities too. We enjoyed using the indoor pool and gym, which had a good range of equipment, though it is small. Make sure you book a pool slot in advance.
One thing worth noting is that the hotel does host corporate events, so there can sometimes be quite a few people working on laptops in the lobby area. This didn’t bother us too much, but it’s something to be aware of if you’re looking for a particularly quiet lobby or to enjoy a day drink in the lobby on a working day.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience. The thoughtful birthday touches, beautiful room, excellent staff and great facilities made our stay really memorable. We’d definitely stay here again, especially for a winter trip to Prague and found the hotel to be very good value!

The location,5minute walk from center,the place it was just like a palace,ambiental music in the reception , water and fruits availeble all day in the reception,spa,very kind personal,great ,varieties and rich breakfast with all you need ,it was a 5stars staying!!!
The room view ,i had a twin but the beds are not completed separated ,and the old style of the room but for me it wasn t important those things compared with others facilities that the location offers .
Refreshing station after a hot day. Location close to hop on bus. Nice spa area. Beautiful building.
Stairs to get to reception, but no one was there to help with luggage when I arrived about 330.
No carpet in hallways means much noise coming from the hallway as people walk by.
Coffee machine worked the first day, so-so 2nd day and nothing 3rd day. They brought a new machine but didn't really work either.
