Location and breakfast were fantastic
My room door was broke and wouldn't latch. They did come fix it by bending the piece back but it should have been replaced. Also didn't love the strict pool times for kiddos.

Die zentrale Lage und das wirklich sehr freundliche Personal. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen.
Die Zimmer sind relativ klein, und die Einrichtung ist eher alt und teilweise sehr abgenutzt. Beim WC hat man sich raumplanerisch leider keine Gedanken gemacht, da die Toilette direkt hinter der Tür ist, obwohl man daneben ein BD hat.
Etwas schade fanden wir die Gebühr für den Hund, € 35 erscheinen mir relativ viel. Vor allem wenn man bedenkt, dass es strikte Regeln gibt und man den Hund quasi nicht allein im Zimmer lassen darf.
Bei uns funktionierte die Klimaanlage insofern nicht, als dass sie komplett durchlief. Das Ausschalten brachte gar nichts. Die Rezeption reagierte umgehend und hat einfach die Sicherung rausgenommen. Ob das dauerhaft zielführend ist, sei dahingestellt. Für uns war das Problem damit jedoch behoben.
A brilliant place to stay. Superb location on the edge of the centre just a 5 minute walk away but quieter and close the the main station.

All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The property was immaculately clean and well presented. Love the pool and steam rooms, one of the best layouts I have experienced and very clean.
The quietest hotel I've stayed at.
When I booked I was concerned it may have been to far from the old town, however the location was perfect, a short walk to the tourist attractions in a lovely part of town with good restaurants nearby.
