Мы много путешествуем и всегда берём очень хорошие пятизвездочные отели, но этот отель в действительности превзошел все наши ожидания. Роскошный отель, с очень высоким уровнем обслуживания персонала, особенное спасибо рецепционисту Jirka, который сделал наше пребывание в отеле потрясающим.
Завтраки на высоком уровне, номера очень комфортные с роскошным интерьером, качество персонала лучшее, что я встречала за мой опыт путешествий.

Благодаря персоналу мы вернемся снова а этот отель и в сеть отелей NH, которую мы открыли для себя.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel, in dem wir uns jedes Mal rundum wohlfühlen!

Der Service ist einfach unbeschreiblich gut – unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich. Wir haben uns ganz besonders über die Auszeichnung als „Guest of the Day“ gefreut. Das damit verbundene Upgrade und die liebevolle Begrüßung auf unserem Zimmer waren eine wunderschöne Überraschung.

Auch der Spa-Bereich ist wirklich außergewöhnlich schön. Besonders die tolle Dampfsauna und die schwedische Sauna haben uns begeistert.

Ein absolutes Highlight ist für uns jedes Mal das Frühstücksbuffet – eines der besten, die wir kennen. Die Auswahl und Qualität sind hervorragend und durch die Live-Musik, ob Geige oder Saxophon, bekommt das Frühstück noch einmal eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre.

Wir kommen immer wieder sehr gerne und fühlen uns hier jedes Mal aufs Neue sehr, sehr wohl. Vielen Dank für die wunderschöne Zeit, wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt!

All in all, we enjoyed staying at this hotel
Pros:

The pool and sauna facilities were top notch, but the fitness centre was rather small-- there were so many machines packed into a small space and very little floor space.

Cons:

The room was smaller than I expected.

שרות מעולה , מזרון נוח , ארוחת בוקר מצוינית , קרוב לחשמליות ולרכבת .בריכה והסאונה טובים .

Cons:

זרם מים חלש במקלחת ( קומה 4 ) , הרבה מדרגות עד שמגיעים ללובי . לא מתאים לנכים ולאנשים מבוגרים . קצת חשוך בחדר .
