perfect stay
Pros:

My family stayed at this wonderful hotel in June. We chose the hotel because of the location and beautiful pool. Before arriving, I emailed with Yosif Mitkov from Guest Relations, who couldn't have been nicer. On checking in, we found that we had been chosen as the "guest of the day," which meant that we were upgraded to a palatial suite in the 19th century section of the hotel and treated to breakfast the entire length of our stay. Everything was perfect. The pool and room were beautiful, the breakfast was excellent, and everyone was incredibly helpful and nice. I definitely recommend staying here and look forward to visiting again. Thank you especially to Mr. Mitkov!

The hotel is not worth the price. The rooms are clean, but they are old, and there is no smart TV.

The entrance of the hotel has a lot of stairs- no the hotel fault but it wasn’t mentioned before the stay and he’s not accessible.

We waited a very long time for the amenities before eventually giving up.

In addition, I contacted the hotel before our arrival to ask whether it would be possible to provide a room that met our accessibility needs. I was told they would do their best to accommodate our request. However, when we arrived, we discovered that such a room was not actually available.

Although the staff tried to offer us an alternative, when we got to the room it had not been prepared as discussed, and we had to wait even longer while it was rearranged and made ready for us.

NH Collection Prague Carlo IV does it again
Pros:

I rate this as THE best hotel I have ever stayed in (and I stay in a lot of European Hotels). The service is always first-class, the food is superb, and the facilities and hotel location are exceptional.

Top-Service, Top-Lage, Top-Hotel !
Pros:

Top Hotel ! Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, Zimmer tadellos und sehr ruhig. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut. Vieles ist sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar und ÖPNV nur wenige Meter vor der Tür. Unser Auto stand sicher in der hoteleigenen Garage, welche aber extra kostet. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen und ist ein wahres Schlaraffenland. Einiges kann man auch frisch zubereiten lassen. Der Kaffee war klasse und das Personal immer in der Nähe und um unsere Zufriedenheit bemüht. Ganz besonders toll ist der große Swimmingpool ! Sehr lecker auch die angebotenen Cocktails, für uns die besten in ganz Prag. Auch das Barpersonal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Insgesamt ist das Hotel extrem empfehlenswert ! Danke für den Service !!!

Heel mooi hotel, goed gelegen, mooi zwembad, vriendelijk ontvangst, lekker ontbijt, wij komen terug!

Отель находится около вокзала, к сожалению, с большим количеством бомжей , спящих прямо на скамейках или под деревом.
Но в пешей доступности до самой площади( минут 15 ).

Nice but not worth it.

Of course the glam and sparkle of the place was great. The breakfast WAS AMAZING. The staff were all so so nice.

Cons:

Omg the room they gave us was in some corner and even though I paid for a room with a view, the view we got was of the wall. And also, the room itself was tiny and the bathroom sucked.

Ich komme selber aus der Sterne Gastronomie und meine Frau ha und ich haben schon wirklich viele tolle Luxus Hotels besucht international aber das Frühstück in diesem Hotel sucht tatsächlich seinesgleichen.
Natürlich könnte man immer noch größeres Frühstücksbuffet machen, einen noch größeren Service machen. Das ist alles richtig aber der Stil, der dort getroffen wurde mit der Auswahl die dort war der musikalischen Begleitung, die wir dort hatten der garantierten Möglichkeit einen tollen bequemen Sitzplatz zu bekommen. Sensationell

Beliggenheden er fantastisk og pga. dobbelte vinduer, var der ingen støj om natten. Morgenmaden var skøn, men de lukker relativt tiligt for morgenmad kl 10.30 på hverdage. Andre 5* hoteller holder åbent til kl 11 eller kl 12.
God service med professionel transport til lufthavnen. De er punktlige og venlige i det hele taget.

Cons:

Sengene var for hårde og puderne var alt for store og hårde. Der kunne godt have været lidt forskellige puder at vælge mellem (inde i klædeskabet).
Der er INGEN AIRDCONDITIONING. Det var ulideligt varmt på værelset og da vores værelse vendte ud mod en gård, hvor der var et anlæg, der larmede, kunne vi ikke åbne vinduerne pga støj. Der var en form for ventilaiton på værelset som stod og suste, men den vendte op mod loftet så vi kunne høre dne, men ikke mærke den. Vi sov derfor elendigt.

We had a wonderful stay at the NH Collection Carlo IV. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and the staff was very professional. A special thank you to Martin, the bellman, who was incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. He made us feel truly welcome and made our stay even more enjoyable. We really appreciate his excellent service and would definitely recommend this hotel!
