Très agréable et super atmosphère!
Pros:

Le calme absolu, toujours la rapidité à obtenir l’un des trois ascenseurs, la station de tramway a quelques pas de l’établissement et être tout près en marchant, du cœur de la vieille ville. Le personnel est nombreux, toujours quelqu’un pour ouvrir gentiment la grande porte ou alors pour nous répondre en cas de besoin.

Pros:

Отель расположен в тихом месте, недалеко от исторического центра Праги. Здание конца 19 века. Очень красиво и величественное, красивое лобби.
Персонал отзывчивый и клиентоориентированный. Изо всех сил пытались решить проблему с кондиционером, предоставили завтраки как комплимент, бутылку шампанского и небольшой сувенир.
Очень хороший спа: бассейн 20 метром комфортной температуры, большие сауна и паровая баня.
Вкусные и разнообразные завтраки: неплохой выбор на шведском столе плюс возможность заказать по меню.
Есть возможность заказать нужные вещи через приложение (полотенца, халаты, расходники)

Cons:

Все мои претензии только к номеру, так все остальное было выше всяких похвал.
В нашем номере сильно шумел кондиционер. Нам предложили заменить комнату, но и в других номерах тоже шумел кондиционер и не было смысла перевозить вещи и менять шило на мыло. В итоге мы его просто выключили и спали с открытым окном (взяло время его открыть), благо погода позволяла.
Слабый напор воды в душе. Не представляю, как можно помыть голову человеку с длинными густыми волосами
Мебель устаревшая: двери в шкафу били покосившиеся
Уборка в менее доступных местах оставляет желать лучшего: муж проверял все ли забрали и нашел под кроватью и в углу за столом орешки, на текстиле (шторы, обивка стен) много пыли

חדר האמבטיה חייב שיפור ולעשות הדגש על הנקיון.

את החדר קיבלנו ב 15:30 ולא ב15:00 למרות שביקשנו להקדים .חדר האמבטיה היה מאוד מוזנח. על המגבות היו כתמים כתומים מוזרים . המזגן עבר לחום באמצע הלילה . בקיצור לא הייתי ממליצה

Allt var otroligt bra!

Gillade hur lyxigt boendet kändes, allt var superfräscht och trevligt.
Personalen var trevliga och vänliga.
Renligheten i rummet var bra och städades bra varje dag.

Beautiful setting and grand building, situated in a useful location to explore Prague
Pros:

The room was very comfortable and spacious. The hotel was kind enough to upgrade us to a premium room (we had booked superior) and the bed was a great size and made for comfortable sleeping. The curtains were entirely blackout and covered beyond the area of the windows, so the room was completely black during sleeping, which helped us sleep well throughout the night. The spa was nice but we found the pool and jacuzzi to be a bit on the cooler side. However, the team and sauna rooms were very good and very hot! The staff were very friendly and were always polite and kind. It is well-located, not too busy in the surrounding area and well connected to everywhere else to visit and explore.

Cons:

The pool and jacuzzi could have been a bit warmer, but this is only a minor feedback.

Super Hotel und super Service. Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück mit Live-Musik war mal was anderes, aber nett.

Cons:

Im Zimmer könnte man das Fenster nicht öffnen (der Griff war abgebaut). Klimaanlage ging nach einigen Minuten immer aus. Bei sommerlichen Temperaturen nicht angenehm.

Das Hotel ist wunderbar. Es gibt ein tolles Schwimmbad und Wellnessbereich, das Personal ist überall sehr nett, das Frühstück perfekt, die Lage sehr zentral. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.
