Service from Mark and Krisha Anne unsurpassed!
Pros:

We are traveling and in Calgary for two nights. It’s my wife’s birthday and I had texted and Krisha Anne was fabulous in setting up flowers, balloons a card and chocolate in our room to surprise my wife. Plus a sign at front desk having her guest of the day. Mark ar the desk was also fabulous helping me with change, directions and information. Room nice and clean and spacious.

Disappointed.
Pros:

Great property, good value, great location, friendly staff, and quiet.

Cons:

I booked an extra night and my dog and I went out during the day to enjoy Calgary with exploring and so forth. We got back to the hotel room after a super hot and long day to find that all of our things were gone. The cleaning attendant came to clean the suit thinking that we were gone and my dog’s veterinarian prescribed dog food was thrown out!!! I home cook for her and this was her food for our trip. There were more than enough clues that we have not checked out. The cleaning attendant should have called the front desk to double check as all of our personal items were in the room. Sort of violating to have your things removed and then removed. Sorry, but this situation ruined our 2 day getaway from Lake Louise. I’ve worked in the hotel industry for 20 years and the attendant should have doubled checked the room status. Otherwise, everything is excellent at this hotel.

Could be better… enjoy the spacious room though.
Pros:

I like the setting of separate bedroom. Huge living room and sufficient seatings. The dining table next to the window makes our stay quite memorable esp at our breakfast time. The free coffee n tea corner is appreciated.

Cons:

The bed is too small for us. The fixed shower head makes my shower a mess when I don’t need to wash my hair. Suggest if you could serve as many other hotels to give free apples (or other fruits)

I had a wonderful experience here, largely thanks to Mark and Emma Xu. From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly welcoming, professional and efficient. They made the check in process as breeze and immediately made me feel at home. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality. Thank you.

Location was fine, that's it.

Cons:

Uncomfortable, super hot but no A/C in the bedrooms, very noisy, no breakfast... worst value for money, it cost us $1,000 per room and per night, and we could barely sleep!
