Hotel was great. Staff was exceptional. Other guests were extremely disappointing.
Pros:

Clean, staff were fabulous.

Cons:

There was a teen volleyball tournament in the city. The teens were well behaved however the parent chaperones were not. Staff had to tell them to be quiet and then shut the party down. It was incredibly disappointing to see teens behaving more mature than the adults. Emma Rast was the employee who was absolutely exceptional in this situation.

L’hôtel idéal pour découvrir Calgary
Pros:

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel à Calgary ! Un grand merci au personnel, tous très gentils, accueillants et présents au besoin. Mention spéciale à la jeune fille présente lors de mon premier soir, qui m’a aidée avec les machines à laver ✨
La suite ressemblait à un vrai petit appartement, avec tout le nécessaire pour mon séjour, je m’y suis sentie vraiment confortable.

Cons:

Un tout petit peu plus de ménage n’aurait pas été de refus… mais parole de maniaque du ménage 😅 Pour la plupart des gens, cela sera largement suffisant !
