I checked in and checked out with assistance of Erin, such a lively and smiling-face staff. In general, the staff in the hotel including the gym, pool, Qsina, cleaners, security etc. are all hospital and accommodating.

Good service and the waiters are very approachable.

Angelo and Emmanuel were absolutely fantastic during my mother's birthday dinner. They were incredibly attentive to our needs and even surprised us with a complimentary dessert for birthday. Their warm and professional attitude made our night perfect!

We had a wonderful experience with the very accommodating and excellent service provided by the team. We will definitely be coming back again. Special appreciation to Ms. Jewel and Erin the front office ladies at the lobby—they were all approachable, kind, and attentive. They handled all our concerns with professionalism and genuine care. This hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and the morning buffet at Qsina is vast and delicious! The spa services are relaxing and they offer many different packages with extraordinary detail and attention. It was the perfect place for us and our adult children.

Appreciated the excellent service from Mae, Edwin, and Rene during our stay.
One of the highlights of our stay was trying the Korean Garlic Bun from the Pastry Corner, which Edwin highly recommended. My fiancé and I loved it! It was soft, buttery, packed with flavor, and something different from the usual garlic bread. Definitely a 10/10—we'll be coming back for more on our next visit!

This! This Hotel is where you MUST stay. Erin and the front desk staff keeps it classy and with great and accurate efficiency ensures my stay one of the most remarkable ever! No shade and minimal hot air!

As a frequent business traveler, I always appreciate a lounge that feels like home. This executive lounge stands out completely. The breakfast spread is fantastic, and the evening cocktail hour is so substantial it is easily as good as—or better than—dinner. What really makes this place special is the incredible team. Nikka, Sean, Nina, Daisy, and Ferdie went above and beyond to deliver flawless hospitality. Their warmth and exceptional service turned a standard business trip into a highly memorable stay. I will definitely be back

Mr. Sab, Caren, Mhon and Joshua were attentive in catering to our needs while we enjoy our dimsum all-you-can at Phoenix Court! Will definitely bring the whole family next time!

I’ve been in this hotel for 5 years and I would say that all the staffs are very accommodating specially to the signature lounge personnel who are very hospitable and warmth to their guests. I recommend to avail the signature lounge membership to experience an excellent service quality. Special thanks to Nina, Daisy. Sean, Nikka and Ferdie for their exceptional customer care.
