I had the pleasure of staying here last week for a company quarterly meeting. The team did an excellent job all throughout our stay! Huge compliments to the valet and arrival staff. From the moment we were dropped off, they helped with luggage, offered directions and made me feel right at home! Kudos to Yannick and the valet staff!

Pros:

We had a great experience thanks to Melissa. She was super helpful with organizing our group and even pointed us toward the chef’s beet salad and the trust me burger both ended up being really good and we probably wouldn’t have tried them without her.

Wonderful experience! As a frequent traveler this is a great hotel. Also, they have an excellent valet team! Specifically Carlos and Adain K! They were very professional, kind and move fast! One of the best valet teams I’ve experienced! We will definitely be staying here the bext we visit Houston.

I would like to thank you for such a pleasant stay at the Westin in Houston, Texas. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine warmth—from the door attendants to the reception desk—which truly set the tone for our visit.
A special thank you to Camryn, who made our stay especially memorable. She went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect, and her kindness did not go unnoticed always had a positive personality and big smile
We highly recommend this hotel, especially for its convenient location near the conference center. For those who prefer not to use Uber, there is also an airport bus stop just a short five-minute walk away.
The hotel itself was wonderful—clean rooms, blackout windows for restful sleep, and incredibly soft bedding and pillows. The bathroom was spotless, with plush towels and thoughtful touches that made it feel just like home.
Thank you again for a fantastic experience—we look forward to returning!

Downtown Vibe
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location with close proximity to several downtown events. The checkin process was fast, and the hotel has a nice happy hour in the main lobby each day (I believe). Room was spacious and clean. Very nice amenities.
