Great hotel and bonus it is part of Marriott for points. Really nice and comfortable rooms. Staff were very nice and helpful. Car valet service was quick and Jahari was always smiling and very nice.

The Westin is a very nice hotel with a lively baseball vibe both before and after an Astros game. The rooms are like new and have comfortable beds. The restaurant serves a hearty breakfast. I’m always disappointed in the $70 cost to park a car overnight! Overall I recommend this Westin when visiting downtown Houston.

Westin Houston Downtown is a great all round venue to book. You're greeted from the moment you park to the moment you load up to depart. All of the staff are courteous, professional and ready to help our accommodate your needs. The room has a great view of Daikin Park with the room open. It was spacious, clean and very comfortable. For being downtown and the capacity at a high the house of celebrating was zero to none. Making perfect for a restful sleep at any time of the day. The atmosphere was amazing with many visiting AGGIES there to attend TEXAS A&M AGGIE NIGHT at the Astros game.

If you ever have the pleasure of meeting manager Michael Lymanat the Westin, consider yourself lucky. He absolutely made our trip. He has that rare gift of making everyone feel like an old friend—he’s funny, engaging, and genuinely loves what he does, and it shows.

Because of his recommendations, I stepped outside my comfort zone and tried food I never would have ordered on my own… and every single bite was amazing. (Try the candied bacon). He didn’t just recommend a meal; he elevated our entire experience.

In a world where great customer service feels harder and harder to find, Michael is a breath of fresh air. The Westin is incredibly fortunate to have him, and he’s one of the biggest reasons we’ll be coming back. We popped in for a drink before the Astros game and sat at the bar. My wife and I have consumed 7 million margaritas and our bartender that night, Cameron Matson, literally made one of the best we’ve ever had. For what it’s worth, this is the first review I’ve ever made online for anything. It was so good, we stopped for another after the game on our walk back to our hotel. The nachos were also very good. Lastly, we sat next to the Westin’s Director of Sales, Michael, who was a great dude and welcomed us back. We know where we’re staying the next time we go to a game. Go Astros!

Everything was great but one employee really stood out. Celissa checked us in and paid special attention to us during our stay. She made it memorable and is a gem.

Planned this trip to go to the Astros game and location was there. We literally walked a block to the stadium. Service at the hotel was amazing, we will definitely be staying here again.

The valet team at the hotel was professional and fast! I left at very early hours and there was always someone available and in a great mood when I picked up and dropped off my car. Specifically Carlos and Jahari, great guys to work with

The Westin location is perfect for anyone attending an event at Diakin Park. The room was great: bed really heavenly, room was quiet and well appointed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel and staff! We were checked on frequently and the towels were plush. William at the desk was great! Restaurants were close and very good too.

A wonderful 4th of July experience at the Hotel just right for our stay. Very lively with both Astros games And Fifa Matches going on in Houston. Sofia was a great help at the restaurant in the morning.
