Air conditioning was a bit old and noisy. Fridge in room could have been better. Otherwise, lovely.

Piękny klimatyczny i wygodny hotel w świetnej lokalizacji
Pros:

Piękny stary hotel tuż przy dworcu, z drewnianą windą i klimatycznym Library Bar - barem w drewnianej bibliotece w stylu secesyjnym, z długą i bogatą historią, m.in. gościł tu Mick Jagger. Mieliśmy uroczy pokój, wprawdzie nieco głośny od torów kolejowych, ale nie przeszkadzało nam to zbytnio. Pomocna i bardzo życzliwa obsługa: podobała nam się możliwość zostawienia bagaży na cały dzień zarówno w dniu przyjazdu, jak i wyjazdu oraz możliwość wynajęcia rowerów na cały dzień (150 k za sztukę)

Cons:

Prośba tylko jedną zmianę: by obsługa kuchni nie była tak rygorystyczna co do godzin zamknięcia sali śniadaniowej o 10.30. Obecnie ktoś z obsługi informuje o 10:25, że zostało tylko pięć minut do zamknięcia, wprowadzając niepotrzebny stres i pośpiech. Więcej luzu! :)

Ich hatte sehr grosse Erwartungen, ob der Beschreibung und den Bewertungen, die allesamt leider nicht erfüllt wurden. Aber das Gute vorweg: Lage ist super und das alte Gebäude hat sehr viel Chatme. Merci den lieben Angestellten. Frühstück ist sehr vielseitig.

Cons:

Das Arrangement während des Frühstücks ist eine Katastrophe. Zieh dir deinen eigenen Tisch zurecht. Mit viel Glück ist er sauber. Frühstücksraum ist generell schmuddelig und in der morgendlichen Rush Our mit all den Menschen merkst du zwischendurch, dass es Petsonen gibt, die nur auf sich schauen. Zimmer ist sehr klein und stickig. Leider wurde auch hier zu wenig darauf geachtet, dass Sauberkeit vorherrscht und wir z.B. Waschlappen frisch pro Tag erhalten. Das Hotel hat mich viel Geld gekostet, das ich auch anders hätte ausgeben können. Ich würde sagen, dass es ein 3 Sterne Hotel ist. Vermutlich war es mal grossartig. Jetzt ist es mittelmässig.

Excellent Location
Pros:

Excellent location opposite Tivoli Gardens. Next to Central Station and with a Hop on Hop offbus starting point just around the corner. Decor is wonderful with a fabulous cocktail bar and restaurant in house. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It was a shame that the bar was only open in the evening and other than a couple of chairs in reception there was nowhere to relax during the day.
