The room was amazing

Cons:

The floors weren't vacuumed, the tile around the jacuzzi and into the bathroom wsnt vacuumed or moped. We had white long hair everywhere

Red head chubby woman at the front desk would not give me a receipt the next morning as I booked it through booking.com

Cons:

I had to listen to people at the vending machine all night. Then in the morning I was woken by people standing outside my door talking and laughing. The worst night I’ve ever had in a hotel. I stay in hotels every week and this was the worst I’ve ever stayed in.
