Café da manhã excelente e muito variado, funcionários prestativos, quarto silencioso e muito confortável! Localização maravilhosa! E permitem fazer o checkout tardio, o que é bem prático.

Cons:

Chuveiro tinha pouca pressão, saia pouca água. Mas, é só um detalhe. No geral, foi muito boa a estadia!

Great value and great people
Pros:

We had a warm welcome and goodbye ,(Matteo was quite Nice!). Our luggage was taken up.to our room. We received an upgrade because pur flight was canceled. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices.

O café da manhã é muito bom, embora faltava frutas.

Cons:

Acho que a limpeza pode ser melhor. A banheira parecia ser meio perigosa para idoso. Tinha que tomar cuidado. Conhecemos brasileiros que nos informaram terem sido roubadas do dinheiro no cofre do hotel. Ficamos inseguros.

Fica ao lado da estação de trem, o que foi ótimo pois chegamos e saímos da cidade de trem. A cidade é pequena, então caminhando cerca de 15 minutos é possível chegar a região central.

Super handy for the station and the old town
Pros:

Hotel is right opposite the main station, all you have to do is cross the road. Beautiful views from our room over the Duomo. There is a happy hour in the evening where a range of drinks are served at €8 each, along with a buffet. Staff are lovely

Ten hotel zaczął mi się podobać prosto po wejściu zaczynając rozmowę z Pani Julią na recepcji .Pani Julia to Profesjonalne podejście do klinenta , uprzejmość , staranność. odrazu wskazywało że podjęłam dobrą decyzję kiedy zarezerwowałam ten hotel. Moja mama miała urodziny w tym dniu ,Pani Julia zrobiła bardzo przyjemny prezencik w postaci Welkom drinku , mała rzecz a niesamowicie miło . Na śniadaniach cały personel był bardzo miły i uśmiechnięty. Zaczynajac od Pana przy wejściu w okularach imię na literę L( przepraszam nie zapamiętałam imię )który nas witał i sadzał przy stolach , i kończąc każdym uśmiechniętym kelnerem, naprzykład Pani Angelica. Wszystko było super , na pożegnanie dostałyśmy nawet paczkę macaron . Polecam ten hotel , blisko do wszystkiego, czysto , klimatycznie , bardzo miły personel i wysoki poziom obsługi

Konumu mükemmel, ancak tren garı ve yola çok yakın olduğu için biraz gürültülü idi. 30 bin adımla günü tamamlamış biri olarak gürültüden rahatsız olmadığımı söylemeliyim, ayrıca odam 4. Katta ve Duamo manzaralıydı.
Kahvaltı yeterliydi.
Floransaya tekrar geleceğim ve kesinlikle burayı tercih edeceğim.
