As good as it gets, I highly recommend this property.
Pros:

Everything. Close to train station, short walk to everything from shopping to food and drinks. Comfortable room and nice happy hour bar area and a great view of Florence and the mountains from the balcony.

Cons:

Nothing at all. Everything was top notch.
