Loved this hotel! It right outsidd the train startion and a 10 min walks to everything in Florence. The staff is nice and they can keep your luggage while you do your last activities at no cost
Excellent breakfast very extensive spread of food desserts and juices and jams.
The housekeeping was wonderful we asked for the room to get done we also left a small treat of a bag of pasta.

The street where the property is located is very noisy, and the room window needs to be kept closed. This causes ventilation problems despite the air conditioning.

Les chambres réservées n’étaient pas les bonnes. Nous avons perdu beaucoup de temps pour corriger la situation puisqu’on nous disait que l’hôtel était complet.
