Pros:

The hotel’s location, close to both the train station and the city center, was very convenient. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The breakfast offered a good variety of options. The beds were comfortable, and the ventilation system worked well.

I especially appreciated the thoughtful gifts they left in the room for us on both the day of arrival and the day of departure. It was a very nice and welcoming touch.
