The location- right next to the train station, the breakfast was fabulous!
The staff- abut curt and zero customer service especially one young lady, but maybe it was a language barrier issue

No doccia tradizionale ma nella vasca da bagno.
No appendini per asciugamani o accappatoio.

Posizione molto comoda, colazione con ampia scelta di prodotti. Camere pulite.
Personale veramente gentile e disponibile.
Una delle tre camere prenotate aveva il bagno un po' troppo buio. Metterei delle luci sopra lo specchio del lavabo.

Location. Close to train station. Decent breakfast, all the basics are covered.
Location. Too close to the trainstation. Very busy street. Our room was looking at the street. Isolation is not good enough. If you manage to go go sleep at around 11pm (even though its still noisy), you will definitely have to get up at around 6:30 (due to outside noise). You could feel the rumble when the tram is passing by. We asked for room change, and we were offered a "poor decorated, even smaller room" than we had, which was confusing as we took the basic room with the breakfast, and there was no offer for lower tier, perhaps im missing out on something. Managed to survive couple of nights, but i would not return! Staff is instructed to offer upgrades since the moment you walk in, so it does not look good if you get noisy room, then complain about it, and they again offer you the upgrade, or smaller room. Room size is pretty basic, barely fitting 2 suitcases. Lot of stains on the wall due to the same suitcases being opened and closed against the wall. Perhaps even pricing for this ammount of noise is not valid.

Amamos tudo da acomodação, ótima localização, bem em frente à estação de trem, próximo ao Carrefour, mc Donalds, ruas tranquilas. A nossa recepção foi excepcional, Maurício foi muito cordial e atencioso, eu e meu marido estávamos celebrando aniversário de casamento e ganhamos um up grade de quarto. As instalações são novas e confortáveis. O café da manhã é ótimo, muita variedade. Podemos deixar nossas malas após o check out no hotel e pegamos no final do dia sem custo. Foi a melhor hospedagem por nossa passagem pela Itália.
