Im großen und ganzen in Ordnung
Pros:

Personal war gut. Wasser am Empfang fand ich gut. Lage und Preis war in Ordnung.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer war nicht sauber. Bspw. die Dusche gerne den Spritzschutz säubern. Haare vom Gast oder Persal wegmachen.

完璧、素晴らしい
Pros:

スタッフの方が優しく英語がカタコトでもチェックイン、チェックアウトがしやすかったです。
一人部屋だったのですが部屋がとても広くスーツケースを広げても全く困りません、とても広かったです。
治安も良くて夜はとても静かでした。
アクセスも治安もいいので夜まで観光して帰ってきても全く問題がありません。
清掃も綺麗でとても良かったです。
間違えて炭酸水を夜買ってしまった時には部屋の無料の水に助けられました。
値段も安く全てにおいて完璧だったのでまた利用したいと思います。とにかく良かったです。

Cons:

Unser Zimmer hat leider extrem nach Chlor gerochen. Im Badezimmer gab es nur für eine Person Handtücher. Die Parkgarage ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Im ersten UG der Garage sind die Plätze normal asphaltiert im zweiten UG fährt man auf Parkplätze aus Metallplatten (die Plätze können angehoben werden, dann kann darunter noch ein Auto parken) drauf, die Knarren und geben auch manchmal nach (einige waren eh schon abgesperrt weil sie kaputtwaren), niedrige Autos sind nicht echt geeignet.

Wir hatten schon bessere Leonardo-Hotels besucht.
Cons:

Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war sehr eingeschränkt, außerdem war es zu eng und viel zu voll. Lange Wartezeiten am Kaffeeautomaten.

Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Parkgarage ist, sagen wir mal etwas eigenartig. Die Boxen sind mit Geländern abgegrenzt, nicht eben, sondern relativ stark steigend. Das habe ich bisher noch nie gesehen. Das macht das Ein- und Austeigen etwas kompliziert, aber es geht. Dafür war das Zimmer recht gut ausgestattet. Die Schallisolierung ist sehr gut, obschon sich das Hotel auf einer Hauptstrasse in München befindet.

Pros:

Great location, a short tram ride to the centre.. Quiet neighbourhood with some funky bars nearby. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Clean room. Aircon. Balcony.

Cons:

Slightly dated furnishings, but all functioning as they should.
