Customer service is not working
Pros:

Nice building, bit maintenance lacking, showers etc

Cons:

We had booked two rooms for 2 nights. We informed the hotel that we would only arrive the next day due to delay and that they prepared the room upon our arrival. When arriving one of the rooms was not available as they sold it and we all had to stay in one room. We were charged for the two rooms of the first night, although they were not available.

Me gusta mucho la ubicacion. Esta justo alado de plaza san agustin/fashion drive lo que hace muy facil moverse de lugar.
La atencion estuvo muy bien y las habitaciones muy limpias.

Cons:

No me gusto que apesar de poner en la puerta del cuarto el "No molestar' las mucamas iban y tocaban la puerta aun viendo el letrero a las 9am! Era muy molesto.

Quinta Real, ya paso de moda!!! Pesima opcion para hospedarte.

Locación!! De ahi en fuera nada más..

Cons:

Necesitan remodelar urgentememte, el hotel esta en excelente ubicación. Sin embargo, parece que en años no le han arreglado nada. Las alfombras estan super sucias, las puertas corredizas, todas sucias, la ventana esta a punto de caer, la alberca tiene una decoracion con piedra, se ve toda manchada, ya ni funcionan las fuentes. Segunda y creo ultima vez que me hospedo ahí.

La ubicación

Cons:

La lejanía del cuarto, las alfombras del cuarto estaban manchadas, las cabeceras de las camas rotas, el aire acondicionado no enfriaba bien, solo dos toallas y de mala calidad, al querer llamar del teléfono del cuarto a recepcióm, concierge o room service nadie contestaba, y se fue el agua del hotel.
