El check-in era a las 14, llegamos antes y nos hicieron esperar hasta esa hora exacta para empezar a entregar habitaciones, había varias familias esperando a las 14. Entiendo la hora, pero si tenes habitaciones disponibles no te cuesta nada, en otros hoteles nos entregan la habitación un rato antes si tienen disponibilidad
