Çalışanlar ilgili ve yardımcı, konum ulaşım bakımından rahat. Otel ve odalar sürekli temizleniyor, her yer güzel kokuyor.

Kahvaltı yetersiz ve lezzetsiz.
Otel o kadar eski ki konaklama kalitesini düşürüyor, kapanmayan banyo kapıları, altından buz gibi soğuk hava gelen oda kapıları, bütün gece uçakta seyahat eder gibi ses çıkaran havalandırma, lekeli lobi koltukları, çarşaflar ve kahvaltı salonu sandalyeleri. Otel ve odalar sürekli temizlenmesine rağmen bu sebeple pis olduğu hissinden kurtulamadık.

Localização boa, quarto confortável porém estadia razoável.

Quartos são amplos, cama boa e limpeza estava sempre muito bem feita.

Cons:

Hotel tem uma estrutura antiga, notas-se que foi um luxo dos áureos anos 2000, porém precisa passar por revitalização urgente. A entrada e térreo parecem uma galeria antiga, lojas decadentes, e um grande nada logo que você entra, um saguão cheio de pontos fechados.
Café da manhã não foi bom, nada de proteínas além de ovos mexidos com creme no réchaud, quase nenhuma fruta a não ser a mesma salada todos os dias, nada feito na hora, tudo frio. Enfim, café foi repetido todos os dias e não era bom.

No volvería a este hotel.
Pros:

La ubicación era buena a pesar de no tener estacionamiento. El personal de recepción fue muy amable.

Cons:

Mala aislacion de ruidos la primera noche nos despertamos todos con el escándalo de los brasileños que estaban en la habitación continua.
El desayuno muy básico, solo 1 tostadora para muchas personas, el pan duro, los dulces parecían no estar frescos.
Escalera mecánica sin funcionar.
Ascensores pequeños y muy demorado, fijo tardabas 10 minutos esperando ascensor vacío.
Toallas viejas y percudidas.
