Good cheap place but really horrible lady
We stayed one night at USD 217 and wanted to stay back next day so we asked her if she could give us the same price instead of 234 usd
She got extremely annoyed and rudely refused to give the rate and spoke very badly and even threatened to call the police if we did not leave the premises
We the booked the room tru booking.con and even then she refused to give us the room !! We had old parents who were not well and she made them beg and then she finally gave us the room
Very very ill manner egoistic staff who even refused to give us her name but she was in the evening shift
Booking.com should seriously view this incident and take stern action against such staff who refuse to give a room despite a legit booking and throw tantrums.
She passed racism comments on us The and claimed she is having fluency in Arabic and Spanish language and she was superior and we spoke only English. Extremely arrogant and she behaved and spoke as if it was here property

The staff were not helpful, and they made a lot of noise early in the morning. A hotel should be quiet because guests are there to rest. It was also unacceptable that, even before my check-out time, staff went door to door knocking very loudly and aggressively, waking guests up.
The service was poor overall. The vending machine was out of water, so I asked the front desk if they had any. They told me they could only sell me a bottle for $1 in cash. I offered to pay by card, but they refused. Since I didn’t have any cash with me, they would not provide me with water. I found this extremely inconsiderate, especially because it was late at night and there was nowhere nearby to buy water.
I was told, on the hottest day of the year, the pool was not operational. Which is why I booked there. The front desk staff was very unfriendly, and for the price of the room there was nothing but a bed and tv. The night life surrounding the hotel gave prostitution/ druggy vibes.

No hay seguridad, desde un llegamos hasta que nos fuimos un señor sin hogar (homeless) durmió toda la noche en el pasillo en frente de nuestra habitación / Everything. From the moment you enter the lobby, you can smell cigarette smoke and filth. The room was damp and had cockroaches; the sheets and blankets were dirty and stained; and the smell of cigarettes, grime, and dampness was overpowering. The shower fixture was broken and poorly maintained. There was no security; from the time we arrived until we left, a homeless man slept all night in the hallway right outside our room

The decay in the room the quality of outdated and damn it not character repair rooms but it was reasonable price so if you need somewhere stay for very cheap and there you go
Found roaches in my room and that was gross.
Customer service was excellent. I was treated very well by Meseret Mamo. She is an asset to your company and should be rewarded for a job well done.
A luggage cart would make baggage alot easier.
