Everything. It was the second time we stayed here and not last...

Cons:

There is no ramp at the entrance to pull up suitcases, and the staff had an issue with us wanting to leave the car in front of the hotel while checking in.

L'emplacement et le personnel de l'hôtel

Cons:

Les travaux de l'hôtel, hôtel hyper bruyant y compris la nuit, piscine inaccessible car travaux et pour couronner le tout, une manager qui est incapable de faire un retour aux clients pourtant elle nous a dit qu'elle revenait vers nous! Communication de l'hôtel 0 pointé.

Nossa primeira vez no hotel foi melhor
Pros:

Tamanho do quarto , banheiro e a limpeza

Cons:

Não gostei da cama e ficamos uma semana sem telefone , não tinha como se comunicar com ninguém, principalmente em caso de alguma emergência.

Nothing to do in the day but you can get a get night stay.
Pros:

I liked the location it is indeed on the beach. The rooms were comfortable and quiet.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that there was construction going on in the lobby at one point the construction guys had to put down a paper carpet for guest to walk on to prevent falling . One of the main elevators was out of service which cause a real inconvenience for guest. When I booked no where on the site stated the 2 pools were also under renovations. There was no DJ paying music as advertised on the main hotel website. This was just a hotel to stay with no entertainment.

Cons:

Предупредили про начало ремонтных работ в зоне бассейна и лобби,после списания средств за проживание...,а по факту вся небольшая территория отеля(бассейн,выход к океану,зоны отдыха около бассейна) была перекрыта...
Работа ресепшен,не люди,а роботы....,вместо заявленного на Букинге депозита 150$,с карты сняли 150$ за сутки,отель старый,требует серьезного ремонта.

Séjour dans cet hôtel d'exception.vois allez me dire qu'il y a mieux, il y a toujours mieux, mais l'hôtel Cadillac a comblé nos attentes.
Le personnel a été au top niveau et à l'écoute.
Un acceuil très chaleureux, confort et propreté au rendez vous, tous les jours, petit déjeuner copieux, viennoiseries....fruits...et bien plus...
Allez y et vous verrez, je recommande !!!

Cet hôtel est tout simplement fabuleux, le personnel au petits soins, c'est un hôtel de charme ancien, mais très propre, qui vaut le détour, accueil très chaleureux, literie confortable, la piscine était en travaux, on nous avait averti pour cela , nous avons eu droit à une prise en charge totale ( navette a/r) dans un autre hôtel avec de belles piscines à disposition. Très beau séjour dans cet hôtel, je recommande vivement !!!

Is ok but not what we expected, it was communicated that the pool will be closed but thats what attracted us to book this hotel, we were very disappointed, and it was too late for us to look for another hotel. They give 5 * service, at the door someone will always open the door for you, felt like rich auntie 😃

Cons:

No pool though they said there was another hotel that we can go for swimming and they provide transport but the hassle alone 🙆‍♀️, we never did.
Staff at the reception never explained some of the services that the hotel offers, we didnt know they have bicycles that we can rent while staying at the hotel, we realised this on the day that we were checked out, we were gutted.
