The location was close to everything that we wanted to see.
There wasn’t room service daily.
Location
Hospitality was not good. Rooms weren’t inspected before moving. Gaps in the window let in extremely cold draft on 20th floor while the thermostats for heating didn’t work. Staff didn’t resolve it immediately. Only on last day they came and solved it. First two days I fell sick because there was cold draft and siren noise from downstairs all the time through the night. The thermostat didn’t turn heating mode on at all for the same time. When the staff came in to solve the issue they also accidentally removed the curtain rod.

Parking a bit tight and expensive
Staff was very friendly. Location was super close to either so many of the things we wanted to do, or at least the red line. Our room was clean, and well kept. The love seat isn't terribly comfortable, but the bed slept well. If you're a light sleeper you will be awoken to the sound of police/fire/ambulance sirens throughout the night but I suspect that is going to be true for any hotel in the city. The price was good compared to most of the other local hotels. My wife found the starbucks in the lobby very convenient. Didn't get a chance to use the pool or gym because we wore ourselves out walking during the day. Grab a bagel sandwich at Gotham just 2 blocks away for breakfast. They were delicious.
Situato in zona centrale, pulito. Il personale molto cordiale e disponibile

location
facility is too old.
Close to shopping. Very walkable
Entrance to garage was hard to find. Could be extremely noisy.
It was within walking distance to just about anything you wanted to do.
The carpet had spots where the strings were coming undone. The dirt in all the corner and on the base boards, especially in the bathroom. Does seem like it cleaned very well. The price.....it was almost $400 for one night. That was not worth it. Then I wasn't aware of having to pay to park. I'm from a very small town and just didn’t know. I paid 31$ to park while checking in then turned around and paid 65$ to park over night. That is silly. Again for almost 400$ you think that would of included parking. Also, the fan in the bathroom did not work, so if you had to go number 2 the room smelled. The beds are hard. The rooms are on the smaller side.
I like the location and price.
