Incómoda, pésimo hotel.

La habitación olía horrible, a sudor y el baño estaba lleno de hongos y cabellos.
La puerta para entrar por el estacionamiento no servía.

muy malo en comparación al estandar de otros City Express en donde nos hemos hospedado.
Pros:

Dejamos el hotel, nos fuimos a otro.

Cons:

mobiliario muy deteriorado, toallas sucias, además el lugar estaba con trabajos de albañilería, no fuimos advertidos de ello.

Cons:

Para empezar, las condiciones de la habitación eran muy malas. Había un olor extremadamente desagradable y casi insoportable. La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear, mostrando una clara falta de higiene. Las toallas no olían a limpio y acababan absorbiendo el mal olor de la habitación. El techo presentaba signos de deterioro, dando la impresión de estar a punto de caerse, y el suelo tenía varias manchas visibles. Teniendo en cuenta el precio pagado de 2000 pesos por noche, en mi opinión se esperaban unas condiciones mucho mejores.

Una estancia placentera
Pros:

El servicio y atención de todo el personal, nos apoyaron desde nuestra llegada hasta nuestra salida, así como el desayuno muy variado y completo.

Pros:

I was able to find a better place where my dog was not discriminated against and stay for free.

Cons:

I arrived early to check in with my dog. They told me check in wasn't until 3pm. I came back at 3pm only to be told there was a "no pet" policy. So I had to scramble to find an alternative stay. #1 my 12 year old dog is far less destructive than any 12 year child
