I called a taxi via Uber. As soon as the taxi came, the guards started to block our moving. They threw the stones at the taxi; did not pay attention to us, although we were already inside the taxi. Chaos!!?

Personal vom Service und Reinigung sehr freundlich, das sind aber auch die einzigen freundlichen Mitarbeitet da

Stammgäste werden nicht geschätzt und sind nicht willkommen.
Personal an der Rezeption und die Dame von der Gästebetreuung (die mit den Locken) MAXIMAL unfreundlich. Personal an der Rezeption grüsst nicht mal bei Ankunft die Gäste richtig, man fühlt sich leider nicht willkommen.
Wir mussten Aufgrund des schlechten Zimmers welches wir bekommen haben ( nahe an der Beachbar, jeden Abend extrem laut, mehrmals bis 1 Uhr Nachts, keine Heizung im Zimmer) drei Nächte in einem anderen Hotel (extra Kosten) übernachten. Als wir zurück kamen wurden wir beim Eingang vom Personal angeschrien! Eventuell sollte das Personal an der Rezeption mal ordentlich geschult werden, die strozen nur so von Arroganz. Zimmerwechsel war nicht möglich, bereits vor Anreise wurde uns mitgeteilt dass das Hotel voll sei. Haben dann rausgefunden dass das Hotel definitiv nicht voll ist. Naja, wenn man nicht will, will man nicht! Dass wir zusätzlich Geld ausgeben mussten da wir das schlechteste Zimmer bekommen haben und einfach mal Ruhe brauchten interessierte niemand! 3 Wochen waren wir da mit 3 Zimmer!
Achtung: es gibt eine alte Dame im Hotel (Stammgast), die Queen Hemera, für sie wird jeden morgen den Tisch reserviert beim Frühstück! Auch drängelt sie sich vor mit den Worten: sie sei Stammgast hier!
Sollte vom Personal unterbunden werden.
Wir waren innerhalb von 16 Monaten 8 Wochen in diesem Hotel. Dieses Mal war es eine grosse Enttäuschung! Man versucht mehr zu sein als man ist! Sehr viel Luft nach oben

Very good stay but a-la-carte offerings could have been more accessible.
Pros:

Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Facilities are great.

Cons:

In recent years, Barut Hemera has limited the number of a-la-carte meals you can reserve each week ( to try to ensure everyone has access ) - but the buffet food quality os sometimes not that great, so they should try to expand their a-la-carte restaurant offerings to increase supply rather than limited access.

Pros:

Absolutely everything was excellent and all 5 stars entertainment was amazing, food was delicious especially all the a la carte restaurants, drinks were sublime especially our favourite bar man Benjamin he was a joy, pool service and beach service was exceptional.

Cons:

Love everything. Maybe reception could have been a bit more knowledgeable.

Uma agradável surpresa
Pros:

Este hotel foi uma excelente surpresa.
Viajamos em família e adoramos a estadia. Foram 2 dias de repouso, tranquilidade e diversão para os miúdos. O pequeno almoço super variado com comida fresca e de muito boa qualidade. O staff muito simpático e atencioso. Comida sempre disponível durante todo o dia. O hotel tem muito espaço verde, esplanadas agradáveis, a beira mar, bom ambiente. Adoramos o kids club. As sras foram muito acolhedoras e simpáticas com os miúdos. No hotel há um pequeno mercado com lojas de conveniência, cabeleireiro, etc. O Spa é otimo e os preços a acessíveis.
Adoramos a estadia e recomendamos vivamemente eate hotel.

Cons:

A animação noturna no palco da praia podia melhorar.

В этом отеле были второй раз; первый раз в 2018 году. Отель изменился в худшую сторону.
Pros:

Зеленая территория, прекрасное расположение. Имеется свой пляж, но заход в море и дно каменное, можно травмировать ноги. Вкусные и разнообразные завтраки, обеды и ужины.

Cons:

Отношение к гражданам России неоднозначное; во время приема пищи в ресторане тебя могут игнорировать и долго не подходить. Один раз вообще сделали замечание, что сели за стол для 6 персон. Но при этом официанты мило и с юмором общаются с постояльцами из Германии и Турции. Поэтому мы часто подходили сами и просили налить напитки. Плохая шумоизоляция: слышно, кто чихает, кашляет, разговаривает по телефону и прочее. Утром нельзя открыть окно, потому что слышны сильные звуки кидания столовых приборов и разговоров официантов при подготовке завтрака. Последней каплей была ситуация отключения света в номере именно в час, когда собирали вещи и нужно было покидать номер. Позвонили на ресепшен, в конце концов свет включили, но осадок остался. И даже никто не извинился.

Pros:

The food was out of this world. We loved the gardens and the peaceful beach. The water was bit cold. We loved the friendly waiters and the shows in the evenig were of good standard

Cons:

I do not understand tha not the inside pool or any of the other pools were not heated. Everybody was around the pool but nobody swam because the water was cold. If it was just 4 to 5 degrees warmer I would have loved it.
