It’s ok
Pros:

The hotel is kids friendly the reason I chose it and just in front of fauna-land, easy access by feet. Facilities for kids such as indoor playgrounds, games, sand pit, fish pond, swimming pool. Breakfast is so tasty

Cons:

Hotel guests were not informed that the ticket of Ancol entrance had to be purchased before. Although I informed them we were going to arrive at midnight. So when we were trying to enter we were refused at Ancol gate.. and available to purchase only online but they only accept payment through Indonesian mobile banking app. Which is tricky for someone who doesn’t live here. At the end I had to beg the security to let us in. I informed matter this upon arrival.
The front office at Mercure hotel given us the room with main room light broken, when I called them back they sent me engineer, it was 1am. We were so tired after 30+ hours journey.
I was hoping to get the room changed or upgraded straight away. Instead i had to wait engineer to fix so I sent him back.
There was no follow up the next day from the hotel. Or nice gesture.
Drinking water was not topped up unless you asked
And there was the cockroach on the last night of our stay, where we had to sleep that moment. The manager came and ask if we want new room, but compensation will be better at this point.

I’ve stayed at this hotel quite a few times, and boom… once again, I got a free room upgrade—woohoo!

Really appreciate the consistent service and the pleasant surprises every time I come back. The staff clearly value returning guests, and it definitely doesn’t go unnoticed.

Great stay in Beachfront Hotel.
Pros:

Stay during ied Holiday.
Being a platinum member, really appreciate they provide specials attention :

- double room upgrade to ocean view (with great view and high floor)
- special decor and amenities
- vip member desk no long queue
- brekasfast was good.

This is my third stay, all going smooth before arrival and after checkout, and well appreciated thats great gesture Mr Yono and Ms Fitria GRO/ Duty Manager keep that good works.
