Check in and out went well, staff were generally courteous but there was rarely a greeting from desk staff when we came in and out

Cons:

The air conditioning unit was quite noisy while it was 'operating, and it was difficult to send an email via wifi.
we did have a couple of days when the hot water was very slow to come through.
