Pros:

Front counter recdption staff always helpful. Location is excellent. Used Wilson Carparking in Bent St for thevfirst time last stay which is adjacent to the Hotel, excellent location.

Pros:

Hotel room was very spacious, nice decor, fresh good quality linen, great location. I'm not sure about value for money as our accommodation was built in to a package holiday of Adelaide. We were in room 314 and had 2 issues that were brought to the attention of reception staff. A chair with a leg that would have collapsed if sat on, and when attempting to contact reception to ask for a chair replacement, it was discovered the room telephone connection plug was broken and was not usable. We made face to face contact with reception and reported both issues (on two different occasions to two different staff members) and neither issue was fixed for the four nights of our stay. Small but inconvenient issues for us, not having room telephone might be a safety hazard for some. Given 4 stars instead of 5 because of low priority on maintenance issues

Great place for a short stay in Adelaide, with great access.
Pros:

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Slightly dated but everything is in good condition. Loved the chaise lounge style chair near the window.

Cons:

We were not overly impressed with breakfast. The selection was good, and included Barista coffee, but the food itself was just ‘okay’.

Great place to stay and close to everything that you would need.
Disappointing that there is no complimentary water in the rooms.
Also, disappointing that the hotel restaurant is not open every day and that breakfast service doesn't commence until 7am

My room was stuffy and hot and couldn't control the temperature even when I asked staff for help and wish I knew that they didn't do room service or it was a ridiculous time and their restaurant was only open 3 nights later in the week
