The cleanliness, tidiness of the room.

Location, location, location, excellent location for public transportation. While the facility is a bit dated, but overall comfortable, clean and pleasant with top-notch customer service! The free light meal provided as happy hours in the evening is a great touch.

ラウンジサービスは他にないスタイルで素晴らしい。

The hotel was about a minute walk to the MRT station and there was a family Mart and a 711 extremely close by. Every afternoon from 5 o’clock there was happy hour with a good selection of wine beers soft drink and lovely little tasty snack snacks.

Świetna lokalizacja, pomocny personel, wysoki standard budynku. Happy hour jest świetnym dodatkiem.

Excellent location, right on the doorstop of exit 7 Nanjing Fuxing giving you two train lines as well as a bus stop. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. We had to bunker down for the typhoon and they looked after us well especially with the free lounge. Excellent baby amenities (good cot, bath, sterilizer)

The staff were very helpful, in particular, Alex Chen who helped me to retrieve medication I left in my Tainan hotel, and Ian who helped me book a ticket for a concert. Thank you both again!

Breakfast and happy hours were lovely. Good selection. On two evenings what I had during happy hours was good enough for an early dinner.

Two metro lines just metres away from the hotel.

Excelentes instalaciones y servicios. Baño muy bien. Desayuno y happy hour!

忘れられない母の誕生日旅行になりました

母の誕生日と、私のマレーシアでの転職以来3年ぶりの再会を兼ねた台湾旅行でした。
スタッフの皆様の心遣いは期待をはるかに超えるものでした。母が旅の思い出として集めている「宿帳」という少し珍しいお願いにも丁寧に対応してくださり、台湾らしい素敵なメッセージを美しい文字で書いてくださいました。それを見たとき、母と二人で感動して涙しました。
誕生日にはロゼのスパークリングワインとバースデーソングまでご用意いただき、ハッピーアワーにいらした他の宿泊客の皆様にも一緒にお祝いしていただきました。母が「涙が出る」と言うほど喜んでくれたことが、私にとって何より嬉しかったです。
朝食もハッピーアワーも充実しており、お部屋はとても清潔で快適でした。何より、スタッフの皆様の一つ一つの心遣いが本当に素晴らしかったです。
忘れられない思い出をありがとうございました。またぜひ宿泊したいホテルです。

An Unforgettable Birthday Stay for My Mother

This trip to Taiwan was especially meaningful to us, as we were celebrating my mother’s birthday and it was also our first reunion since I changed jobs in Malaysia three years ago.
The kindness and thoughtfulness of the staff went far beyond our expectations. They even took great care with my mother’s rather unusual request to add a message to the travel guestbook she collects, creating a beautiful message in Traditional Chinese for her. When we saw it, we were so deeply touched that we both cried.
For her birthday, the hotel surprised her with a bottle of rosé sparkling wine and a birthday song, and even the other guests at Happy Hour joined in the celebration. My mother was so moved that she said she felt like crying. Seeing her so happy meant everything to me.
The breakfast and Happy Hour were wonderful, the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, but above all, it was the genuine care and attention of the staff that made our stay so special.
Thank you for giving us memories we will treasure for years to come. We would love to stay here again.

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr komfortable Ausstattung, Happy Hour mit Snacks und Getränken, super Lage neben der Metrostation von 2 Linien, Zimmer sehr ruhig, gute Infrastruktur ( 7 Eleven , Familiy Mart, Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.

立地はもちろんだが、館内が落ち着いていて居心地がとても良かった。ハッピーアワーと朝食が付いてるのが、最高。
