Excellent staff, however poor heating.
Pros:

Excellent staff, very helpful

Cons:

Heater in my room was broken, had to change the room.
Windows were wide open when I got in the room. I realised the one behind the curtains after spending the first night.

La peor experiencia y peores recepcionistas

El hotel dice que cuenta con estacionamiento, al llegar indica que si tiene pero sujeto a disponibilidad, me enviaron a un estacionamiento que quedaba a unas cuadras me enviaron código QR y dirección pero era imposible llegar mi esposo son mentir estuvo 1 hora dando vueltas y llamándome mientras yo estaba en recepción con ellos y eran incapaz de intentar ayudar o ubicar de hecho les muestre por vídeo llamada y dijeron ( noo no parece que sea allí) ni ellos mismos sabían y sino es porque se me ocurre a mi LES FIJE ENVIEN UBICACIÓN EN TIEMPO ACTUAL, hubiese sido imposible además de todo el mal rato ( ESTE ESTACIONAMIENTO SE PAGO APARTE DE LA ESTADIA )

Por otro lado también indicaron que no había agua caliente a contar de las 9 am ( todo esto al llegar) porque no lo dijeron antes ? Como permiten reservas SI AL LLEGAR NO CONTARE NI CON AGUA CALIENTE NI CON ESTACIONAMIENTO Y LO PEOR ES QUE TODO ESTE MAL RATO LO VIVI EN EL LOBBY CON MI HIJA DE AÑO Y TRES MESES Y INSISTO que ambos recepcionistas no mostraron preocupación alguna en ayudar ( todo esto supongo que es por mi nacionalidad porque no creo que sean así con todos sus huéspedes.

Highly recommended
Pros:

Amazing surroundings, very close to Sky Costanera.
The staff is extremely attentive and helpful.
The tour company they recommend is excellent.
The breakfast is delicious.
The room is comfortable, the heater is brand new, and everything is very clean.

I would definitely come back and highly recommend it!!

La challa de la ducha estaba tapada, salía el
Agua de manera irregular. No tenía pestillo la puerta del baño. Podría tener un café de cortesía en la habitación

Pros:

Da vista do quarto, da empatia do recepcionista que nos atendeu e do complexo gastronômico na frente do hotel. Amamos o café da manhã, delicioso, muito bem preparado! Superou as expectaticas!

Cons:

Haviam algus detalhes necessitando de pequena manutenção no interior do quarto, como pintura do teto. Mas nada que comprometesse o nosso conforto.

La atención en general muy cordial y cálida. El desayuno excelente, con opciones a elegir. La habitación, espaciosa, almohadas cómodas. Volvería.

Una de las habitaciones (204) tenía un olor muy extraño, desagradable para mí... pero tolerable para las personas con las que iba, asi es que ocuparon esa pieza y no reclamamos finalmente.
