The restaurant was beautiful and the rooms were nice with beautiful amenities.
Didn’t like that our room was seperate from the hotel, which meant if it was raining and we wanted to go for breakfast we had to walk outside to get to breakfast. The shower pressure was also very low and very sensitive when you change the temperature it would change dramatically.

Accommodation was really modern and cleaned daily. Breakfast was fantastic, and great view to wake up to. We had dinner at the Nest twice and fantastic both times. Cocktails and coffee were also excellent!
Only issue was the bathhouse, a bit disappointed that the glass has been frosted over - so you can’t see the view when you are in the pool. They probably need to update their marketing material to more accurately reflect the space. They are also building some extra rooms and buildings which now slightly obstructs the view from both the bathhouse and the dining area.
Extremely friendly staff and the bonus of an upgrade was fabulous.

The views were incredible. Esteban provided exceptional service at dinner.
Unfortunately, our experience was very underwhelming. Given the cost of the stay, we were particularly disappointed by the level of construction and noise, which wasn’t disclosed to us beforehand.
The rooms also felt very dated and weren’t as clean as we would have expected. There was visible mould in the shower, which was particularly disappointing.
I really wanted to love this property, but unfortunately it didn’t live up to expectations. In hindsight, I’m very glad we kept our alternative accommodation rather than committing our entire stay here.
The accommodation was modern and clean. I especially liked having breakfast at the restaurant and the staff were excellent there.
Some of the interior of the hotel room needs to be freshened up.
The spa pool was too cold and so we couldn't have a spa.

No view as advertised it's simply view of a full car park not "internal court yard"
No car parking so had to walk down the street with all bags and when asked at front counter was told it is stated everywhere when booking about limited parking
The soak experience was great, and the view was excellent. The staff left us some chocolates for our anniversary. The bar staff were incredibly friendly.
The room felt a bit basic for the price, a little too much motel vibe, lighting was not very atmospheric, just downlights. I felt sad for them that building construction was on going. The noise was not audible from our room and apart from a crane in the way, it didn't change our stay much. The first night arriving in the bar/restaurant, I don't think we were made to feel very welcome.. they had an event on... The bar staff we a standout.

nice big room. dining area/lobby well designed. stunning view over the lake (but you are also looking over a car park unless you book a room in front of the hotel. downhill walk into town.
the front of the hotel is currently a construction zone. uphill walk from town. guest hot tubs were booked out all sfternoon/evening.
