Pros:

A área de lazer com piscina aquecida e jacuzzi, ótimas para relaxar após um dia de passeios e quebrar a rotina com crianças. A academia também é boa, com equipamentos suficientes para fazer um treino completo de membro superior e cardio e manter a rotina de exercícios.
A cerca de 500 metros do hotel há um parque com uma pista de aproximadamente 2,5 km, excelente para corrida.
O café da manhã é variado e de boa qualidade, servido em sistema de buffet, com diversas opções, nao tem opcoes como omelete. O restaurante do hotel também merece elogios, oferecendo pratos saborosos com preços justos e um ambiente descontraído.
Outro ponto positivo é que há um food truck de pizzas em frente ao hotel, que vale muito a pena experimentar.
Por fim, a localização é excelente. É possível visitar praticamente todas as principais atrações de Edimburgo caminhando, o que torna a experiência ainda mais agradável.

Cons:

Não ha o que reclamar é um hotel não luxuoso que atende as demandas.

House keeping- they left empty bottles, chips bag, laundry plastic bags around without throughing them away.

Took everything on bed (hand full) and put them on the table, one of these things was my small bag that I’d organised my stuff inside- i found the stuff were mixed and upside down on the table.

The location was alright.. could have been nearer to a main area but alright. They had a pool and accepted dogs at the hotel.

Cons:

Everything broken from shelves by lift to lift itself! Sauna required an on/off button that we never found.. others didn't either. Room WAY too small. Bath was child size! Dirt under curtains on window ledge. Room keys kept failing over and over so multiple trips back to reception required. Pull out bed had large dip in middle so might as well have been a single. Toilet in different room to sink and shower area. No dogs in restaurant area, even though additional fee asked if bringing a dog. Card only, everywhere, so cash is useless if you want to use cash. The room layout was just silly and wasted what little space avaliable. No usable cupboard space. Tiny weeny fridge, not big enough to keep anything in.
The tiny pool was so chlorinated that it stung your eyes! No kids in jacuzzi (important to note before you get told off!)
Pool closed at random times so planning a trip to the pool was touch and go. Reception area very messy with wet floor sign permanently in the middle of the floor. Wires and boxes everywhere. No room service at all. Very budget hotel, listed as 4*. Expensive and very avarge food, not worth eating there. Unsecured luggage holding area, we were told to just "take what was ours".. we could have picked up anything we liked.
Staff took far to long to resolve complaint so half our time there was spent asking for help and it eventually being granted, with a lot of suggestions from our side and nothing from theirs. I could go on but I don't want to water anymore time on this disappointment of a place. But future bookers need to know, it's not all it seems. Such a shame as this was our first trip to Edinburgh. We should have gone next door.

Příjemný standard v centru města
Pros:

Hotel je výborně umístěn v pěší vzdálenosti od centra. Je čistý, moderní, pohodlný. Nic konkrétního mu vytknout nelze. Trochu ale chybělo cokoli, co by člověka zaujalo nebo nadchlo. Zkrátka, strávíte v hotelu pár dní, odjíždíte spokojení, ale pak zapomenete.

Cons:

Wellness bylo trochu jednodušší. Sauně úplně chybí nějaký ochlazovací prvek. K dispozici byla jen sprcha s termobaterií, ze které tekla studená voda až po delším odpuštění teplé vody.
