Pros:

Lovely, friendly attentive staff. Good variety for breakfast and pool area always clean and quiet. Amazing views and a great location straight onto the main road. No steps!!!

Nice hotel, didn’t know the location of room or how far up we would have to go to get to room.
Pros:

Beautiful destination, close to restaurants and shopping.

Cons:

Hotel Room was a lot higher up than we expected, had to take two elevators and 5+ flights of stairs located on the outside to get to room, didn’t feel safe to walk up at times.

Great location and amenities including infinity pool, Terrance with amazing views for meals, breakfast included with stay (so many options and delicious!), black out Curtians, air conditioned and situated right by the shuttle bus. A short walk to amazing restaurants, stores, etc. Beach was a beautiful walk with a good amount of steps. Coming back up was exhilarating and nothing someone in shape cannot handle. Couldn’t have been more happy with our stay at Hotel Posa Posa! Thanks for great memories!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel!
Pros:

I loved the beautiful views from my room and how friendly and accommodating the staff was!!

Cons:

I didn’t like that it was a lot of steps to the main beach. Going down to the beach wasn’t bad but coming back up was brutal. Way too many steps!

Photos of the property oversell. The owners need to spend some money on the facilities.
Pros:

Location and View was good and staff as helpful as they could be. Gennaro was a stand out! He was so helpful and made our stay! We had dinner at the restaurant and our meal was nice.

Cons:

Pool is mis advertised. Pool water comes to just above your knees, all guests that we interacted with were surprised and disappointed. The are around pool needs to be cleaned up. Dated and not in a good way. Breakfast was not good. Gym-this area was small and had little ventilation, equipment very basic (there is a dining table in there also, making it feel like an add on not a purpose gym). The place needs a facelift! Photos over sell!

Very clean, staff are amazing. Food was good.

Our terrace on room 801 was sold with a large terrace. Huge problem for me was that staff had to walk through our terrace to get to their rooms. So it was not private at all. They had rooms above us and I could hear them talk and and even go to the toilet!

Doom was dark damp and sad and smelled . Definitely not a 4 star hotel booking.com should not be promoting it as such. This is mis-selling

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying there again.
Pros:

The staff was very helpful and welcoming! The room was a good size and well appointed. The included breakfast was good with wait staff. The pool is very small but there is a beautiful view from the pool deck and it was refreshing and nice to have.

Cons:

The location was decent but I think we would have liked it a little closer to the beach and town area. Lots of walking and stairs.
