Pleasant
Pros:

Very clean, staff are amazing. Food was good.

Cons:

Our terrace on room 801 was sold with a large terrace. Huge problem for me was that staff had to walk through our terrace to get to their rooms. So it was not private at all. They had rooms above us and I could hear them talk and and even go to the toilet!

Very very disappointed won’t be back

Cons:

Doom was dark damp and sad and smelled . Definitely not a 4 star hotel booking.com should not be promoting it as such. This is mis-selling

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying there again.
Pros:

The staff was very helpful and welcoming! The room was a good size and well appointed. The included breakfast was good with wait staff. The pool is very small but there is a beautiful view from the pool deck and it was refreshing and nice to have.

Cons:

The location was decent but I think we would have liked it a little closer to the beach and town area. Lots of walking and stairs.

It was a lovely stay overall.
Pros:

Proximity to the area attractions. Staff was nice. They accommodated my request for the room I was actually booked for. But the bathrooms need some tlc and updating

Cons:

Bathroom in room. There were pieces of the sink falling off. The air conditioner unit was hard to navigate and was loud.

Pros:

Do not stay there.My whole family stocked in the elevator and they have to stopped there 15 mins.My small kids were crying an stressed.There are a lot of ants in the room.Horrible smell.Just stat away

Aussicht von der Frühstücksterrasse, Größe des Zimmers. Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Badezimmer: Einrichtung und Badewanne nur noch zum Abriss geeignet. P/L-Verhältnis ist hier nicht gegeben. Deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, für 4* Hotel qualitativ sehr schwache Auswahl beim Frühstück.

La posizione è ottima vista dalla camera stupenda personale di ricevimento accogliente e competente.

Cons:

il personale di sala quindi mi riferisco prettamente al ristorante non competente nella gestione della mansione svolta, mettendoci anche in ridicolo alle domande fatte che per loro forse sono scontate per noi no, organizzazione del compleanno a sorpresa gestito come se fosse una festa di paese confusionario e articolato con parole poche consone alla situazione.

A bit disappointed...
Pros:

The staff was very nice. The breakfast room on the terrace was nice with a lovely view.

Cons:

We booked 3 junior suites with a sea view and 1 deluxe quad room with a partial sea view, all with balconies.
The quad room was very crowded with no balcony.
One of the junior suites for 2 had an extra bed making it very crowded, and the balcony was not usable because it was about 24" deep with the table blocking the other chair. We spoke to management but they could not do anything until the next morning. The next day they moved the quad room to another quad room with a tiny balcony, but a giant tree blocked any small sea view possible, so there was no view. They moved the junior suite to another floor for a much improved view. We had 4 rooms for 3 nights.

We stayed here previously and loved it. Since that time, the hotel shows a lack of physical maintenance. The furnishings and bathrooms need an upgrade.

The next time we come, we will ask if it has been refurbished. If so, we will gladly stay here again as the staff is very accomodating.

Relaxing stay in a great location
Pros:

Hotel Posa Posa is in a great location just above all the hustle of the main square. It took about 15 to walk down to the main beach. There are many great restaurants in close proximity to the hotel. The staff were so kind and welcoming and helpful. Especially the restaurant/bar staff who worked tirelessly all day. The pool and lounge area was a nice retreat with a great view.

Feels magical and relaxing staying here! You can’t beat breakfast on that beautiful terrace every morning.
Pros:

We absolutely loved our seat here. A big part of that was the staff and specifically Guilio. He went above and beyond for us. We really appreciate him working out us to eat breakfast with our schedule and for all his help and he is so kind and pleasant to be around. The other staff was a great too and we loved loved loved eating breakfast on the beautiful terrace every morning. Unlimited lattes yes please! The staff made us feel very welcomed. The hotel is far up, but that’s how you get a great view! The views were great from the room, restaurant and pool level. Made for great pics! We would love to come back and stay here again.

Cons:

If I had to pick something it would be the tub is a little old and the way the drain is set up is it comes out of the floor and gets the bathroom floor wet, but we just put towels down. The water also didn’t get as hot as I would like for a bath, but it was still hot enough to enjoy a bath. None of this would stop us from staying again.

Wonderful stay, lovely property with amazing staff
Pros:

Beautiful property. Loved the terrace on the 4th floor & the pool on the 6th floor. The staff were amazing and the daily breakfasts had a lot of choices/selections.
