Unser Aufenthalt war insgesamt angenehm – ein geräumiges und gut ausgestattetes Zimmer mit einigen V
Pros:

Es gab auch einige Dinge, die uns sehr gut gefallen haben.

Das Zimmer war angenehm groß, hell und wirkte sehr freundlich. Besonders die großen Fenster haben uns gefallen. Dass man sie öffnen konnte, um frische Luft hereinzulassen, war für uns ein großer Pluspunkt.

Auch das WLAN war zuverlässig und schnell. Da es im Zimmer einen bequemen Platz zum Sitzen und Arbeiten gab, konnten wir dort sehr gut arbeiten, was für uns sehr praktisch war.

Außerdem hat uns gefallen, dass der Boden kein Teppichboden war. Das wirkt hygienischer und angenehmer.

Die großen Schränke im Eingangsbereich des Zimmers waren ebenfalls sehr praktisch. Sie boten viel Stauraum und haben den Aufenthalt deutlich komfortabler gemacht.

Die Betten waren sauber und sehr bequem, sodass wir gut schlafen konnten.

Cons:

Frühstück:
Dazu können wir leider nichts sagen, da wir nicht im Hotel gefrühstückt haben.

Bett:
Das Bett war bequem und wir haben gut geschlafen.

Zimmer:
Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers hat aus unserer Sicht Verbesserungspotenzial. Besonders im Badezimmer haben wir Schimmel in der Dusche festgestellt. Außerdem waren an den Fliesen sowie an den Zimmertüren deutlich sichtbare Handabdrücke und Verschmutzungen zu sehen.

Auch der Eingangsbereich des Hotels könnte gepflegter wirken. Der Teppich in der Lobby war stark verschmutzt und mit vielen Flecken versehen, was leider einen ungepflegten ersten Eindruck vermittelt.

Nach langem habe ich so ein nettes Personal gesehen. das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen!! von ausstattung bis hin zum Personal. Ich würde das Hotel jedem von Herzen empfehlen. ich weniger Tram minuten ist man im Zentrum.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt, gern wieder.

Super Lage, schnell am Hauptbahnhof. Hotel wirkt sehr modern.

Cons:

Zimmer hat leider etwas nach Rauch gerochen, auch nach mehreren Stunden Lüften ging der Geruch nicht raus.
