one of my best experience ever

Although we initially experienced some issues with the room we had booked, everything changed after we spoke with the Guest Relations Manager, Iona. She went above and beyond our expectations to make things right by upgrading us to a beautiful Presidential Suite. The room, the exceptional service, and the genuine care shown by the entire team completely exceeded our expectations.

The staff were professional, attentive, and truly committed to ensuring we had a wonderful stay. Their outstanding customer service turned our experience around, and we are very grateful. We will definitely choose Hotel Barrière Le Majestic again whenever we visit Cannes, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel with exceptional service and hospitality.

Спасибо что с 3 раза переселили в номер без плесени, с красивым видом на салюты. Мы очень признательны

Хорошая локация.

Cons:

В номерах плесень, в кондиционере, персонал в курсе. Проверяйте при заселении кондиционер. Есть бич клаб, платный, для посетителей отеля. Там стекла на полу, на деревянном мостике, не в песке. Ребенок 6 лет проткнул ногу, пришлось зашивать. Отель состоянием ребенка не интересовался. Спасибо спасателю который оказал помощь на пляже, очень хороший мужчина. Фото плесени прилагать не буду.
