I would like to give special recognition to Alexandra, who handled both my check-in and check-out. This is the third consecutive year she has looked after me, and her warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness have been consistently exceptional. She called my room every day to check on me, making me feel truly welcomed and cared for. Her personal touch makes every stay memorable, and it is always a pleasure to return and see her again. Какое огромное удовольствие мы получили от этого проживания! Какой же красивый отель, здесь было прекрасно всё и интерьеры и расположение! Завтраки не брали, потому что любим долго поспать ,так что не знаем, не могу оценить))

Cons:

Выезжали в 6 утра, попросила на ресепшн вызвать такси на жд вокзал. Сотрудница переспросила "train station?" -да Train Station...и передала наш запрос коллеге, который вызвал такси и загрузил наши чемоданы.
В итоге, я смотрю едем на такси слишком долго, хотя вокзал всего 500 -700 метров от отеля.

Оказывается нас привезли в аэропорт.
Мы подъезжаем в аэропорт, а наш поезд должен уже через 15 минут отправиться!
На поезд впритык успели, но стресса натерпелись
В итоге таксист выставил счет и за дорогу в аэропорт и за жд вокзал...
Претензий не имею к отелю, не исключение, что сотрудник спросонья в 6 утра просто на автомате вызвал такси в аэропорт,тепеть на будущее буду уточнять куда нас повезут))

Una struttura incredibile e un’accoglienza straordinaria. Colazione molto ricca e curata
Cons:

Rivedrei la disposizione dei servizi igienici nelle stanze, il wc è claustrofobico e poco confortevole. Nel periodo dei fuochi d’artificio inoltre inserirei una formula assicurativa aggiuntiva al momento della prenotazione in caso di rinvio dei fuochi.

Staff - very helpful

Cons:

room 258 is not fit for purpose, extractor fan running outside the window, zero view, windows essentially blocked! BUT the staff moved us and were amazing.
