Great stay, friendly staff. Good for romance!
Pros:

Love the hotel, and classic feel. Really authentic!

Cons:

The washroom facilities only had a deep bath. This is nice, but a proper showhead stand would be good as for moments of a quick rinse.

Un hôtel typiquement dans le décor de cette belle ville. Nous recommandons
Pros:

Son emplacement. Son authenticité. Le personnel très sympathique et disponible.
La formule petit déjeuner est excellente avec vue sur le canal. L’endroit est magnifique et calme.

Cons:

La télévision ne fonctionnait pas. Le personnel n’a rien pu faire pour pallier à ce désagrément, malgré sa grande disponibilité et son embarras. Quelques cheveux dans la salle de bain et sur le lit.

Beautiful Brugge
Pros:

Gorgeous hotel in quiet historic location right on a canal. Staff were excellent- happy, polite and helpful without exception. Room was nice. We were on the ground floor - which we were very grateful for as we had biggish bags and are in our 60’s. Bathroom was ok. Hand shower in the bath was a bit of a challenge (water everywhere) but otherwise ok. Location was perfect. 5 min easy walk into main market square. Around 15 min walk to train station (or5 min uber). Restaurants and beautiful peaceful smaller square perfect for drinks or dinner ( without tourist premium) very close by.

Pas de posibilité de prendre une douche dans la baignoire sans éclabousser, manque rideau

I'd definitely stay here again without looking around

Excellent staff, small tokens of appreciation from the hotel, location, amenities (AIRCON! - rare in Bruges) - that's a winning combo

Noice isolation could be a little better, but it's an old building, so it's expected
