Hair noted in bathroom sink upon check in, carpeting needs updating, from my bathroom I was able to hear the guest in the next room using the bathroom (assuming coming from the bathroom vent. No fan in the bathroom to dissipate moisture
It was perfectly located in the center of restaurants, shopping and a wonderful outside venue spot.
you had to pay for breakfast most places like fairfeild marriot down the street its complimentry but we could not get in there this year
Breakfast was okay but also addtioanal charge if eat in. Most hiotels offer free breakfast with varieties of hot/cold breakfast items.
All the furniture in the lobby was old, dusty and dirty.
Some have spilled liquids, food and ripped.
Hilton is an upscale brand and it must always do better. Please update the chairs, cushions and do some dusting.
Room was exceptionally clean. Tekila did a fantastic job and exceeded my expectations when servicing my room.
Eli was great as the night shift front desk customer service representative. At 3am, he already had my receipt printed for me because he remembered that I had a very early morning flight. Having hotel staff that takes the extra step to get to know their customer and make their experience even better is evidence of a great employee who truly cares about delivering meaningful customer service. Thanks, Eli! Definitely coming back to this hotel again!
This hotel was beautiful and location was great! Room was comfy and super clean! Highly recommended!

A little expensive
This is a not a good Custer service hotel. We are Hilton Honors member and we are Hilton member select we paid $307 for this room and they said Breakfast was not included. When we came to breakfast The hotel wanted to charges $16 each for me and my wife. On the website it stated when we booked a room, it would be additional five dollars. When we informed the rep at the counter the gentleman that check us in also stated that they world honor the breakfast. Very this appointment that you pay so much for a room with Las Vegas room rate and don’t honor breakfast.
“Eli provided excellent customer service during my wife and I stay. He was friendly, professional, and quick to help with every request. When we needed assistance with an extra blankets and hot water he handled it smoothly and made the process easy. He also followed up to make sure everything in the room was comfortable and answered my questions with patience. Because of Eli’s service, my stay felt welcoming and stress-free, and I would gladly return. Eli represented himself and the Hilton brand very very well.
I liked our room and that was it.
We reserve for 3 people and they did not have the extra blankets and stuff for the pull out bed. Checking in a computer was down so it took over 30mins to just check in. Staff did not even apologized for the long wait. Breakfast was not included which when I booked I did select breakfast. There was no luggage racks available so it made it very hard to unload our things.

I liked being able to walk to places to eat and drink. The breakfast was really good too!
