Pokoj prostorný a čistý. I když v centru města, přesto klidná ulice. Postel na můj vkus trochu tvrdá. Personál hotelů ochotný.
Snídani jsme si připravili na pokoji, je tu velká lednice, sporák i trouba, kávovar i kapsle.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The option take a sauna was nice. The (location) area is great. The room was bigger and better than expected based on the photos. The kitchenette facilities with the coffee machine were great.They also let me grab something very early for breakfast, since I had to leave early.

Die Lage des Hotels war gut. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein geräumiges und sauberes Zimmer mit Küche. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist super.

Ottima struttura collocata appena fuori dal centro città in una zona residenziale tranquilla ma anche ricca di locali e ristoranti.
Comoda per raggiungere la metro e muoversi facilmente in città.
Staff cordiale e pronto a darvi consigli.

Everything was fine, location is perfect, room was nice, spacy and clean, kids loved it!

Geräumiges und gut ausgestattetes Apartment im Hotel. Ein nettes kleines Frühstück mit gutem Kaffee und toller Auswahl an Müsli und Toppings. Gute Lage in einem netten Viertel, mit ÖPNV ist man günstig und schnell überall. In die Stadt spazieren funktioniert auch wunderbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und mehrsprachig.

great location, next to trans and metro but also walkable to the old town. All the staff were very helpful.

Wonderful room and location. Staff lovely. Breakfast good. There was no hot water on first morning and again on our second morning. I was disappointed we weren't communicated to about this and staff were not available. Our in room phone didn't work and no-one at reception. I would have appreciated more be done to compensate or help with the inconvenience. I have written to management but a week later have had no reply! Hotel has a small gym which was good for a simple workout with up to 10kg dumbbells.

We arrived on a thursday and Pitr welcomed us, and advised us that we had been upgraded to a larger suite on the main floor. We were told it would be quiet and a good value. The apartment style room was very nice, but the street wasn't visible as the windows were frosted for privacy, and people walking past were sometimes loud and disruptive. As for the bedroom courtyard view, they use the courtyard as a smoking area, and so you had people talking at all hours of the day and evening out there and smoking just outside our windows and at times the smell of smoke wasn't pleasant. We were under the impression that yes we were having a continental style breakfast but many web sources said a hot option of at least egg would be offered. No eggs to be seen. Just 3 days of the same thing and fruit was limited to apples and nectarines, no bananas, and no pastries of any kind were available. We went out the first day for our touring, and when we got back, our room was unmade. When we inquired as to why, the front desk told us that room service was only every 3 days unless we paid for it. I showed him a photo of a long hair that was left from the previous guests and he said he would have housekeeping clean the tub again. There was no heat in the unit and we always felt cold. They offerred 2 extra blankets which we took, no other alternative. The next morning we woke up, next problem, no hot water. The plumber was apparantly trying to resolve the problem but wasn't repaired so we couldn't shower that day. When we got back late that afternoon, hot water was back on. The room only had 2 coffee capsules per person (so 4 total) for the coffee machine, and when I asked for more they said it was 20 Koruna each. I asked if he could give us more as compensation for no heat and no hot water but he said he couldn't do that. I thought that value for the money spent wasn't warranted.
The location was ok, Prague 2 is supposed to be the gay area but we didn't find any gay specific establishments. Luckily Prague itself is very beautiful and extremely clean, with great transportation. The people are very respectful.

Brilliant find tucked away in the lovely Prague 2 area. Very quiet and upmarket street. Felt safe wandering round on my own at times. We had Apt 4 which was a corner suite with double room and sofa bed. It was really big! More than enough space for the 3 of us. Kitchen was well equipped. Sofa bed was very easy to get out and put away which made a real difference to us. Beds were comfortable. Only little issue was the shower - it was in the bath and the bath was a little too high for one of us to step out of unaided. There were no grab rails (or anything to help you in and out) but we managed. There was a little dressing room which was a bit weird. It was a bit of wasted space really and could easily have had a small bed in it.
The place was brilliantly clean and we had no noise issues. We didn't really have much to do with the staff, more often than not there was no-one on the front desk as we came and went (but that was okay with us)
There are some fab restaurants and cafes really close by which was just what was needed after a long day out.
Would definitely stay here again if we were back in Prague
