Stunning location , fabulous staff.

The Atlantis Bay is the best hotel I have EVER stayed at and I would 100% come back! The staff are incredible, they remember every single detail and are very polite and attentive - I have genuinely never met a better team of people! The rooms are gorgeous and the location/views are breathtaking! This hotel is 100% worth a visit and I’ll be recommending to all my friends and family. Theres absolutely no room for improvements cause it is perfection!! Thank you so much to all the staff at the Atlantis for making our stay so amazing x

We just spent a week in Atlantis Bay and it truly is an amazing hotel. We loved our stay but were disappointed that we could only score it 4/5 due to an issue with the room.

Overall the staff and service in the hotel is top notch. Every single member of the hotel crew is genuinely pleasant. No request is ignored and they engage so well with the guests. The food for breakfast and dinner (see separate Nui review) is as good as any hotel. The lunch at the pool/beach is also very good.

The hotel facilities are great - all focused on the pool and beach areas with paddle boards available to use and they also arrange e-foils and boat rides. There is plenty of seating at the pool and ocean areas, but no real beach. Direct access to the sea from the platform area.

At night Carmelo is the local entertainer and is really good fun. Cousins with everyone guest and every singer and loves having duets with guests from all over the world.

Our only disappointment was the room, and specifically the balcony. We paid a 30-40% premium for an Executive Suite Sea View which is their highest level room. The room itself was fine with separate room for our son and lovely bathroom. However the balcony area was tiny and one of the smallest in the entire hotel. It bore no resemblance to the on-line pictures, got no sun all day, and was directly above the hotel utilities. We weren’t able to enjoy the balcony at all and it was the main reason we paid a significant premium for the room. We spoke to the manager, who was very pleasant, and she explained that they have 3 executive suites and only one has the large balcony shown on line.

Overall Atlantis Bay is a real treat for a luxury trip to Taormina. You just need to be careful with room selection and check specifics with hotel beforehand.

We were initially going to stay higher up in Taormina but ended up staying on the water at AB and have zero regrets - it was one of the most beautiful and well-serviced hotels at which we've ever stayed. The views from the rooms, the pool, the beach are just stunning. The restaurant serves a gorgeous breakfast and is an incredibly romantic setting at night for dinner. Every member of the service staff is so friendly and so eager to be helpful. Bathrooms are incredibly well appointed and turn down service provided special little updates every night. Location is extremely convenient to the cable car. Would stay here again without hesitation.

We had an outstanding time at our stay. Not only is the property the best in the city but the staff on every level is fantastic. Professional , kind , anticipation any needs you won’t beat the service. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The food was also perfect. If you want to have memorable location with the highest service come here. It is also located perfectly for the trolley.

I could not wait to write this review - Atlantis bay is the PERFECT destination for anyone looking for a blissful waterside retreat!
I highly recommend the “unforgettable welcome” boat ride in - Antonio took us in to the grotto and it was truly unforgettable!
The staff at Atlantis Bay is exceptional - Pancrazio was always there when we needed water or a plate of French fries, asking us while we sat by the pool or bay and bringing the items right to us. Oreste and every other staff member in the dark blue shirts (whose names I wish I had asked) that helped us set up towels and the stand up paddle boards are delightful and helpful, we had lovely chats every time we sat by the water, with our needs anticipated before we had to speak them.
The breakfast is absolutely worth it - they have every food you may want (Italian and American-style breakfast options) and it is all delicious! The staff remembered that we drank a lot of water the first day we went to breakfast and would bring us an extra bottle without us asking - it felt like they got to know us over the five days we stayed!
Giuseppe, Giulia, and Frederica (and all other concierge staff) were extremely kind, helpful, and professional. They held our bags so we could enjoy the amenities at check-in and took everything up to our room once it was ready. We were also able to enjoy the amenities after we checked out while we wait for our flight. The staff also organized a taxi to the airport for us, which helped make the start and end of our trip as easy as possible!
Taormina is accessible by the Funivia cable car only a 5 minute walk away - I highly recommend anyone wanting to visit Taormina stay here as you can still enjoy the busy city environment while having a home at the water to relax.
It is the perfect honeymoon destination and I will never forget our stay - thank you to the beautiful and incredible Atlantis Bay staff!! With love, Elizabeth and Steven.

Incredible location. Directly on the water and a short walk to the cable car, which takes you directly to Corso Umberto, the main shopping strip in Taormina. Away from the busyness of the city of Taormina while also being in close proximity. The atmosphere is peaceful, and extremely well maintained. The rooms were impeccably clean and hotel staff came by our room twice a day to straighten up and leave extra waters for us. While being a very expensive hotel, they do everything they can to exhibit hospitality in every way. This is a premium experience for a premium price. The noise level was very quiet, and the hotel piano player Carmelo was a delight in the evenings if you want to hang out and enjoy some live music.

Oreste and Pancrazio were so accommodating and made us feel right at home on the water.

Giulia and Giuseppe were very welcoming and helpful any time we had any questions.

There is nothing like sitting by the beach all day and having staff come by asking if you want drinks, getting to order food, and relax for the afternoon as you get to swim in the sea or the pool. There are no bad views here - everything is beautiful.

I truly cannot think of a better place my wife and I could have stayed to spend our honeymoon. We’re already thinking about how we can bring our family back here someday!

Also - DO THE UNFORGETTABLE WELCOME on the website!! Our driver was so kind and welcoming (I wish we could remember his name), as well as our boat guide, Antonio, was incredible. I won’t spoil it too much, but on a day when we arrived where the water conditions were perfect, the unforgettable welcome was truly unforgettable.

We had the most incredible stay at Atlantis Bay for our 10 Year wedding anniversary. The staff went above and beyond to spoil us any way they could. What amazing staff!
We had a private dinner booked that exceeded our expectations. The food was superb, fresh and we are still thinking about it ‘til today! We dined at every restaurant at the hotel; Flame was our absolute favourite. 10/10 perfect!

Beautiful Hotel directly at the Bay with amazing views, breakfast and Service. The personnel was lovely, the hotel restaurant really good and the private beach area cozy and quiet. Taormina city Center 10 min away by car - ask for Georgio, he was driving as around the whole time including to Catania airport :)

When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by the bellman Walter and he was so kind. Then we were greeted at the front desk by Florencia. I have to say she was the sweetest person we have ever been greeted by at a hotel. We arrived at 8:30 am so she took us down to breakfast to make sure we were taken care of. After that we sunbathed in one of the most beautiful decks where service was impeccable. Giulia, the concierge, gave us the best recommendations regarding restaurants and always updated us via Whatsapp.The whole trip was amazing and we can't wait to come back. My wife and I can't wait to come back.
