Location was quiet.
Beds, pillows not comfortable at all. We went as couple. There was only 1 towel no shampoo or shower gel. Spiders on the ceiling and cobwebs. Just bad.

A very convenient place to stay near Doncaster city centre. Came in very handy for a festival at the Yorkshire wildlife park. Staff were good. And had a comfortable stay. Good value in comparison to other options in the area. Would stay here again.
The carpets were old and very stained.

Due to a leakage in another room the water got turned off at the mains; we were without water for several hours. After the plumbers visit we were left without any hot water. There was little communication and no timespan given to rectify the issue.

We we’re staying at the hotel so we could attend Doncaster Racecourse which is just 10 minutes walk from the hotel
We had no running water in the hotel for the first 24 hours and just freezing cold water for our last 24 hours . So no showers or use of the toilets!!!!!
Bathroom grubby, poorly maintained and dangerous, eg a damaged light switch exposing live terminals to touch. We do have photos. No emergency switch off for extractor fan, no grab rail on bath. No anti slip mat provided and no hot water so had to boil a kettle to wash and shave - not fit for purpose!!
Table lamp didn’t work. Not enough pillows.
No security to deter unwanted visitors at the property.

No hot water for from when we checked in to check out following day the staff couldn't even get the stories right the 2 lads behind the bar said it will be on in 20 mins still waiting I have fixed it myself he said
Under 15 min walk from Doncaster Race Course.

Room dirty not hoovered crisps on the floor bottom of the bed dirty marks on the shower wall and there was no hot water at all
