Excellent Location, clean and Tidy
Tv did not work
The walls are extremely thin and our neighbour coughed all night long
It's a cheap hotel, its clean, the shower is hot and the bed is comfy, it's ideal.

Location is perfect in walking distance to the racecourse
Very dated inside and bags left in the room when we checked in. This took far too long to confirm was a mistake and could be removed before finding another bag when returning later didn’t feel comfortable trusting no one was going to come into the room overnight

This property is not a hotel, it should be classed as a MOTEL as all rooms are not attached to the main building, they are in a external block.
I love the layout of the hotel, the beds are so comfy and great location for lakeside and Doncaster racecourse
