Pros:

The dayshift desk clerk.

Cons:

Your evening desk clerk no personality. Was not told about renovations. Screws and Nails in parking lot. No parking.not enough shade on windows to keep light out. Constant knocking noise all night long.

Disappointing to say the least.
Cons:

Hotel was under construction with no previous warning. Booked a king suite but was moved to two queens without any communication about the change. Went to the front desk to ask about it and was told they didn’t have any King beds available even though it said one was available when I booked. People on our floor were loud through the night and I had major surgery the following morning. Parking was taken up due to construction, had to park at the hotel next door.

I should have left but didn’t think I would get any of my money back
Pros:

The check in clerk was very nice
The room was very spacious and nice

Cons:

Not knowing about the hotel being in the middle of a remodel and the lobby mess and the elevator being a mess
We tried to rest when we got to the room after a long day but the construction crew slamming doors made it impossible
If we had not already paid for the room we would have left

有外带早餐，房间装修比较新。

Cons:

房间里面的插座几个都没有电，吹风也是坏的。浴室里面没有放香波的地方，也没有冰箱和微波炉。被子厚面料不舒适。

Good location, good price but beware of renos
Pros:

The rooms were recently renovated, so that was nice

Cons:

The main floor and breakfast restaurant were closed for renos. We did not know this when we booked. Very upsetting and they gave no discount at checkin. Then, the elevator was out of order for the full day, so we had to use stairs to 3rd floor.....I get things happen, but afyer the breakfast fiasco, we were not pleased

The staff was nice

Cons:

The hotel is under construction. The door into the hotel room screetches sooooo bad. Our window opened all the way with no screen. And no curtains just a shade; so the room was super bright and couldn't go back to bed
