Excellent Hotel - But Skip The Breakfast
Pros:

This is a really nice hotel, very well located in Granada. It is just a few blocks from the Cathedral area and a short walk to Plaza Nueva, the Albaicin Quarter, and the bus line to the Alhambra. The rooms were very clean and cool, comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The staff very courteous and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again. One small suggestion: eat breakfast somewhere else. The restaurant in this hotel is called El Claustro, which has a lovely courtyard for afternoon drinks and dinner. We had a really terrific dinner there on our last night and I recommend it for dinner. But for breakfast on our first day, it cost over 90 euros for 3 people — and each of us had just a slice of Spanish pie (essentially a potato pie) and coffee. I’m used to ridiculous hotel food prices, but this seemed way out of whack. There are several cafes just steps away that were just fine. So stay here, eat dinner here, but grab a morning coffee on the run.

Courtyard is the best part of our stay.
Pros:

Courtyard was the best part of hotel. personnel and drinks, sevice was good. If no courtyard we would not happy at all.

The place to stay in Granada
Pros:

Very comfortable, well appointed room. Very helpful staff at the front desk. Excellent breakfast, with a large selection and eggs cooked to order. Outstanding courtyard dining room for dinner, with entertainment (singer, guitarist, flamenco dancer). Great location, near to everything.

Great choice in the historical centre of Grenada.
Pros:

The location is excellent and I’d really recommend the dinner in the courtyard - not to be missed !

Very Nice, not Grand
Pros:

Well taken care of without a lot of amenities for tourists. No concierge to help with tours, etc. Desk staff helpful but are busy with checkin. A 5 star place would have this help. No one around for afternoon refreshments. Room was very nice, with quirky AC. Sometimes blowing, sometimes not no matter how the controls adjusted. Some noise as rooms face the street. Breakfast not included without extra fee. Great downtown location with easy taxi to Alhambra. Just OK value.

Almost 5 stars hotel
Pros:

This hotel doesn’t quite live up to its 5-star rating for me. There are no bellboys here, and the room is okay because it’s a historic building. However, during my stay, they only had a heater on, and it was hot. There was no fan in the room. They finally gave me an old fan in the last two nights, which helped, but they could have done better, especially since they claim to be a 5-star hotel. The location is good, though!
