Beim Check- in war die Mitarbeiter sehr aufmerksam und zu vorkommend.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksangebot entsprach unseren Erwartungen eines 4 Sterne Hotels in Lissabon. Der Frühstücksraum war durch die Klimaanlage derart kalt, dass wir die Temperatur als eisig empfunden haben. Daher waren einige Gäste zum Frühstück in dicken Jacken eingehüllt.
Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass die Frühstücksgäste so schnell als möglich den Frühstücksraum verlassen sollen.

A delightful stay.
Pros:

One of the best hotels I’ve experienced in Lisbon. Comfortable rooms, quiet environment. Friendly staff. Book a room with a terrace.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike. Perfect. I will note that if following GPS to find the address. You may be directed to the back of the building complex which involves a long walk down outdoor steps to get to the entrance. The street entrance is on the parallel street.

Okay, aber 4 Sterne?
Pros:

Die Lage war gut, allerdings in unmittelbarer Nähe einer Bahnlinie.
Eine Renovierung würde gut tun, entspricht nicht mehr heutigen Standards.

Cons:

Bad nicht auf heutigem Stand. Ausstattung insgesamt nicht aktuell, z.B. geringe Anzahl von Steckdosen.
Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht ausschalten.

La estancia fue genial, la atención genial y la limpieza también. No pasamos mucho rato en el hotel solo para dormir pero genial.

Cons:

La ubicación no es tan buena, si sigues google maps te acabas perdiendo porque esta como detrás de unos edificios, bastante escondido. Y en segundo lugar, me cobraron dos veces el alojamiento y la repuesta recibida es que no llevamos razón cuando ya se han enviado los cargos de nuestra cuenta.

Hotel bom, mas pode melhorar
Pros:

O quarto é muito confortável .
O banheiro tem um tamanho bom, apesar de faltar iluminação na banheira, box.

Cons:

1° diz que tinha estacionamento e não tem. Os 3min é em outro hotel da rede, mas o estacionamento é super apertado e muito pequeno, o que valeu foi o valor. Se for a noite, é melhor deixar na rua.
