Pros:

Atendimento nota 10, front desk muito atencioso, desde as camareiras até o time da cozinha, todos foram otimos

Cons:

Poderia melhorar um pouco a limpeza no banheiro, mas nada que desabone o hotel

away worse than other eurostars, very dated old and walls teared off the painting looks like refugee camp

Great stay in Lisbon
Pros:

We stayed at the hotel for just one night between flights, but the impressions were the nicest. We were given a complimentary room upgrade and got a room with a terrace.
The room had everything we needed - a comfortable bed, a spacious bathroom, kettle, big closet. The breakfast was very good, with a wide selection of fresh products, cheese, salmon, fruits. We also really loved the design of the restaurant, especially the use of natural materials, like wood and stones.

Cons:

A bit far from the center. For us it was just perfect but for longer stay to explore Lisbon can be not so convinient
