El trato de la recepcionista fundamentalmente, la mala gestión de crisis por el tener aire acondicionado estropeado con temperaturas en Sevilla superiores a los 37 grados, el que no nos abonen la noche de habitación que tuvimos que abandonar dos horas después de la llegada.
