Pros:

le personnel tellement gentil. La piscine même si mal nettoyée (sur les bords et le fonds) nous a bien rendu service.

Cons:

les horaires de la piscine : 11h-20h. ça ouvre trop tard et ça ferme trop tôt. il faudrait adapter les horaires en fonction de la saison.

A la hora de la salida del hotel por equivocación pedi a recepción un taxi menos de un minuto después solicite no pedirlo ya que habiamos pedido antes otro servicio, en recepción este servicio no fue cancelado y el taxista llego al hotel, las recepcionistas en lugar de hacer un manejo adecuado de esta situación, enviaron al taxista donde esperábamos otro medio de transporte para que le explicáramos nosotros la situación, este hombre estaba bastante enfadado y nos exigia el pago de la carrera minima pues según el no se había cancelado el servicio desde la recepción, una situación bastante desagradable la verdad... Salimos del hotel con ultimo recuerdo de la estancia nada, nada grata

Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt im wunderschönen Sevilla.
Pros:

Frühstück ist sehr gut. Kaffee schmeckt durchschnittlich. Es gibt eine Tiefgarage für 14€/NAcht und es gibt LAdestationen vor dem Hotel, die aber von Endesa X betrieben werden. Die Lage ist etwas ausserhalb, aber direkt an der Autobahn.

Cons:

Es gibt erst ab 19:30 Uhr Abendessen

Pros:

Hablé con la chica de la recepción para poder hacer el check out un poco más tarde y nos lo facilitó sin problemas así como permanecer en la piscina.

Cons:

A la habitación le faltaba limpieza, el suelo sucio y polvo en las mesillas.

Pros:

El Hotel precioso limpio cuidado, el personal educado y agradable

La habitación estupenda las camas y almohadas súper cómodas. El baño magnífico con muchos detalles

Disfrutamos también de la piscina, la ubicación del Hotel estaba muy bien cerca del aeropuerto
