Pros:

食事等、都心の便利さには勝てないが、鉄道駅に近く付近にハイドパーク、ケンジントン公園もありロケーションは悪くない。

Cons:

荷物が多かったので、エレベーターを降りてから階段で下って部屋へ行く必要があったため、チェックイン、アウト時の荷物運びが大変だった。
6泊もしたため、朝食メニューのメイン部分をもう少しアレンジして欲しいですね。

Sehr gutes Hotel, wenn man das richtige Zimmer bekommt

Super Lage, sauber, nettes Personal

Cons:

Zuerst hatten wir ein Zimmer im Keller was zwar ein Fenster hatte, aber welches in einem dunklen Lichtschacht zeigte indem auch noch das Klimagerät für das ganze Hotel installiert war. Das heißt, das Zimmer hatte null Sonnenlicht und das Fenster konnten wir auch nicht aufmachen, weil es sehr laut war.
Nach sofortiger Reklamation konnten wir, leider erst am nächsten Tag, in ein Zimmer im 1.OH wechseln, welches vollständig unseren Erwartungen entsprach.

UN HORROR. NO VAYAN.

La ubicación y la amplitud de la habitación

Cons:

Un horror el personal y los ruidos insoportables. Imposible descansar. Estuvimos una semana, pedimos con anticipación una habitación en un lugar silencioso para poder descansar. Que nos dieron? La habitación arriba del restaurante que funcionaba de 7 am a 22 horas. Música, gente hablando a los gritos . También estaba al lado del cuarto del personal de limpieza, ruidos y golpes contra nuestra pared. Y la ventanita diminuta daba a un interior donde había máquinas que hacían un ruido insoportable 24/7. NO VAYAN. UNA PESADILLA. Aclaro que pagamos la habitación más cara que ofrecía Booking

Mudança de hotel não planejada acabou sendo uma ótima experiência.
Pros:

Um dia antes fomos avisados que precisaríamos ficar em outro hotel (o Inhabit Queens Gardens), a poucas ruas de distância, por motivo de obra emergencial no Montcalm. No entanto, a mudança inesperada foi bem sucedida pois adoramos o Inhabit Queens Garden! Tudo novo e limpo e atendimento excelente.

Cons:

O quarto é pequeno mas bem planejado. Funciona bem apesar disso.

A clean hotel but poor facilities
Pros:

The room was cleaned everyday but the vents were quite dirty. (Sorry, things I notice having been a cleaner.) The hairdryer was decent which is a rare find in hotels.

Cons:

The air conditioning didn't work properly and then stopped completely on the last day. The bed had a big spring sticking out of it. The breakfast was ok but definitely not worth £15 each. The lighting in the room was quite dark.

Fabulous
Pros:

Fantastic stay at the Montcalm Chilworth Townhouse. We were upgraded to a larger room and were told on arrival that we were the "guest of the day", which was an unexpected bonus - received free fruit, chocolate and a bottle of prosecco!

Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was impeccably clean and quiet given its location so cost to Paddington.

Cons:

If I was being really picky there could have been a better fruit variety at the breakfast buffet, but I'm really just trying to find things to say....

Great location for Paddington station but the room was too small to open cases.
Bar closed early and milk in the room was out of date. However, it was very clean.

Great location to train station and tube.
Pros:

Near Paddington station and tube. Good amount of shopping, pubs and restaurants near. Walked to many sites around (good walking distance) but worth it.
