Absolutely fantastic location.

Staff other than evening staff in the restaurant were not particularly friendly, smiling or overly interested in any conversation or enquiry as to how my stay was going. Absolutely no farewell received at check out. ‘You’re good to go’. Perfunctory would be a fair statement.There was a young red haired man on reception morning of 06/08 who was fantastic and not like my experience with other staff.
These are just things I had experienced at every hotel or guest house I had stayed in for 4 weeks prior.

Our room got cancelled on arrival, no Tel call very disappointed
The location is very good and the street is lovely. The staff is very helpful and kind. The rooms are small but very well equipped and they have everything you need for a short stay.
The AC was super strong when turned on and had a quite loud noise.

パディントン駅に近いが、にぎやかな通りからは一本入っているので騒がしくない。部屋にもエアコンがあるので暑くなってしまった日でも快適。部屋は小さめ（ロンドンでは普通）だが、アメニティは充実している。アイロンもあった（旅行中、自分はアイロンは避けるけれど）。
朝食ブッフェも、ものすごく沢山の種類ではないが、質が高め。サービスも一生懸命。
ほんの些細なことだが、シャワーの一つ、レインシャワーのヘッドがカルキつまり？で水が出る方向がバラバラになっていたので、せっかくの設備が残念な感じになっていた。普通のハンドシャワーは機能していたので、シャワーすること自体には問題なし。
