De kamer,
Ik heb de kamer geboekt , naar het plaatje wat je ziet.. in ieder geval ramen met uitzicht.
Wij hadden de kamer achter de receptie, je liep door een gang ..

Erg kleine kamer , met uitzicht muur met raam ( binnenplek) airco..
Erg jammer..
Toilet douche en wastafel was een kleine ruimte, waar je maar met 1 persoon kon zijn..
Alles was wel schoon , en hebben we het heel leuk gehad in london, waren veel onderweg.

A huge disappointment given the 5 star rating.

Very little other than the location was convenient.

Cons:

You advertised this as five star which is a complete misrepresentation of the property. The decor was tired and shabby. The bedroom was cramped with a set of steep steps on entry, and there wasn’t enough room in the bathroom. It felt like too many rooms had been crammed into too small a place and it was over occupied. Long waits for the lift as a consequence. The stairs turned out to be the fire exit which was obstructed by dirty room service plates on a tray, and led to the room serving breakfast. I’d believe this would fail health and safety standards.
The breakfast was poor quality.
I booked this hotel well in advance for a wedding anniversary and thought I had paid for something special as a boutique townhouse. I’d have been far better off booking a standard premier inn for both comfort and quality. Other hotels I have stayed in for similar cost and location were head and shoulders above this property.

Paddington駅（在来線、地下鉄とも）から近くてロンドン市内各地への移動に便利。　部屋は静かだった。

Cons:

ミュージカルのチケット予約が出来なかった。　コンシェルジェの向上を希望。　エレベータ（Lift）前の小さな段差が
気になった。　年配の人で躓く人がいるのではないか。

A very memorable and enjoyable stay with my son.
Pros:

Great location near Paddington station with a very calm vibe different from the station just behind. We got very lucky with very early check in which was greatly appreciated!! Snacks and drinks in the room were not expected and were a pleasant surprise.
Restaurant on premise was very good. Small snafu with the order was quickly corrected.
All staff were very friendly and helpful! Would stay again when back in the UK.

היינו מאד מרוצים. תמורה מלאה למחיר. נוח וטוב.
Pros:

המיקום מעולה (כמה דקות הליכה נוחה מפדינגטון). ארוחת הבוקר הפתיעה לטובה (כולל ירקות וחביתה וכל היתר). הצוות יעיל ואדיב. כמה תקלות קטנות (מזגן, טלפון) תוקנו במהירות ויעילות. החדר קצת קטן אבל סביר לגמרי ללונדון. היינו בקומה גבוהה פונה לאחור והיה שקט לגמרי!.

גודל החדר. יעילות המעלית.
אבל כאמור, יחסית ללונדון היה מעולה.

Worst hotel ever. Can not believe that booking.com have it on their site

Nothing. London rip off

Cons:

Tired, over populated, rats nest to fit as many tourists in to tiny cubby hole rooms at exorbitant prices. Absolute rip off.
It is a hazard for older people as they will unable to move around bed due to lack of space

Conveniently close to Paddington station. Great facilities in the room.

Location - just around the corner from Paddington Station.
One of our rooms was upgraded to a club room as they didn't have two standard rooms close together.

Exactly what I needed for a short overnight stay
Pros:

Great location, professional efficient staff, great breakfast. Very compact but thoughtfully appointed rooms.

Cons:

The rooms are small but has all the essentials you would expect, comfortable beds and well looked after. Would be a struggle to fit multiple large suitcases or if you were staying for a longer stay and what to spread out. It is a London terrace after all so my expectations were managed.
