Pros:

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were very attentive and friendly. I would especially like to thank Mr. Ahmet for his kindness and exceptional service.

Cons:

The only downside was that the hotel didn’t have air conditioning, which was disappointing. However, considering the price, it offered good value for money.

This was the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in. First of all, it was not clearly stated that this was a hostel. If I had known that in advance, I would never have booked it.

The room was dirty and very dusty. The beds were not made, and when I asked at reception, I was simply told to take the bed linen and make the beds myself because they had no staff.

The hallway smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and the overall condition of the property was very poor.

When I wanted to make a complaint, there was no one at the reception. I also contacted the property through Booking.com, but I was told that the accommodation claimed everything was fine.

I cannot recommend this place to anyone. It was by far the worst accommodation experience I have ever had.
