Cons:

Snídaně byla opravdu velmi slabá - jak nabídka slaného tak sladkého. Fungoval jen jeden kávovar a byla tak nekonečná řada.

Cons:

Personál jedna velká katastrofa, v 7 ráno nás probudil požární alarm, čekali jsme před hotelem s ostatními hosty, ale z personálu nikdo nikde. Po 20 minutách čekaní jsme zjistili, že se nic neděje, a můžeme se vrátit na pokoj. Nedoporučuju, na jednu noc se to dalo přežít, ale už nikdy víc.

You get what you pay for
Pros:

Good value for money. However, we were woken by a fire alarm, at 6am, which lasted about 1 min, then stopped. Everyone was very confused and started to evacuating only to find people coming back up stairs, saying it was in error! No explanation at all. Not very satisfactory, in a 20 storey building.

Cons:

The crowded disorganised reception when we arrived, and self check in didn't work.

Kayıt sırasında sorun yaşamıştık. O an ulaşabildiğim sarı saçlı ve zayıf görevli erkek çalışan Yardımcısı oldu ve girişimizi gerçekleştirdi. Daha sonrasında adaşım olan Mustafa, konaklama ve ihtiyaçlarımızla ilgili çeşitli sorularımıza yanıt bulmakta çok yardımcı oldu. Özellikle de Türkçe bilmesi biz Türk turistler için konaklama, kültürel ve çevre ile ilgili çeşitli taleplerimizi ve sorularımızı daha rahat ifade edebilmemizi sağlamaktadır. Kendilerine buradan çok teşekkür ederim.

Giriş saatlerinin geç olması. Otelinin beklediğimden şehre uzaklığının fazla olması.

Pros:

Páčila sa mi vybavenosť hotela - bola tam práčovňa, kuchynka, bar. Hotel bol moderný, pekne zariadený, čistý, mal stojany na self checkin, aplikáciu v telefóne, otvaranie dverí telefonom a pod.

Cons:

V izbe bolo viac prachu, televizia len nemecké kanály (chybala smart TV), cez steny bolo dost vela počuť, komunikacia s hotelom len anglicky. Mali sme "šťastie" na vela zajazdov teenegerov, ktorý robili v hoteli dosť veľký hluk a par krat sa nám stalo, ze sme velmi dlho čakali na výťah, dokonca sme museli ist pešo na 15. poschodie.

Raport calitate pret a fost bun, dar aparent exista multe tabere sau adunari de copii, care sunt foarte galagiosi si nimeni nu le atrage atentia asupra orelor de liniste.
