The triple room was a bit small, so there was no couch or chairs, probably due to the limited space. As a Muslim, I also found it a little difficult to pray comfortably because of the limited floor space. It would also be helpful if the bathroom had some hooks or hangers for clothes and towels.

La chica de los desayunos todo lo contrario a sus compañeros. Cuando bajas a desayunar medio muerto de sueño te esperas una mini sonrisa, pero en su caso, parecía que le molestaba que fuéramos a desayunar.
El desayuno muy básico, y 0 típico de Estambul. Todos los días era lo mismo. Y eso que estuvimos 5 noches, pues ya el quinto día sin ganas de desayunar. Y encima con malas caras de la camarera.
El tema del parking tuvimos discusiones porque te dicen que tienen, pero cuando llegas ahí es un espacio encima de un bordillo. Vamos que el coche se pasa el día en la calle, con todo el calor y cobrando un precio de garaje. Nos pareció muy mal!!
Las camas y almohadas muy incomodas, terminamos con dolor de cervicales por culpa de las almohadas porque eran muy altas.
La verdad que el precio no es compatible con lo que dan, únicamente siento que hemos pagado por estar en zona turista y no por tener una categoría de 3 estrellas.

Frühstück hat noch ein bisschen Potential. Bett war sehr hart, habe nicht so gut geschlafen. Von der Strasse hat man praktisch alles sehr laut gehört.

We booked a five-night stay at the hotel and arrived around 12:00 am. Unfortunately, our room was not ready. The hotel gave us two small temporary rooms for the first night and assured us that we would be moved to the room we had originally booked the following morning.

However, when we checked again in the morning, the shift had changed and we were told that no rooms were available. We then waited for another five hours, only to eventually be given a different room from the one we had originally booked.

At that point, we were extremely disappointed with the way the situation was handled and decided to leave the hotel and book another property.

Overall, it was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. The lack of coordination between shifts, the long waiting time, and the failure to provide the room we had booked made our stay extremely unpleasant.

The breakfast was also basic, and hot items were served cold!!When we mentioned this to the staff, we were told to wait for the food to warm up in the warmer! We found this quite strange, since a food warmer is meant to keep already-hot food warm, not to heat up cold food!🤦‍♀️Overall, the breakfast service was disappointing and could definitely be improved.
