Pésima actuación del hotel entrando de madrugada el botones en mi habitación sin llamar

Cons:

A las 4:48 mientras dormía se metió el botones en mi habitación casi me muero del susto. Ni llamo a la puerta.
A la mañana siguiente pido hablar con la directora y me dice q en otra planta estaban haciendo ruido y se equivocó de habitación. Es impensable que entren en una habitación de esa manera y sin llamar. Y no pude dormir en toda la noche del susto. La directora pidio disculpas y poco más yo me fui a trabajar sin dormir y pagué por una estancia q fue pésima por este suceso.

muy agradable a pesar del problema de las obras, con un personal estupendo y muy amable

el desayuno muy completo y todo el personal muy atento,
la ubicacion del hotel es muy buena pues puedes hacer todo tranquilamente paseando, buen parking en el hotel y servicio de Bar

Cons:

pues que no pudimos disfrutar del balcon por los ruidos y polvo de las obras que estan realizando en la antigua via del tren,,,,,quedara muy bien pero para nosotros que nos gusta descansar despues de comer fue un verdadero engorro. Quiza tambien una pequeña biblioteca con libros en español no iria nada mal..

Pros:

Very friendly staff and so helpful. We were on a first family holiday with a 6 mth old. Everything was made so easy for us with the cot, access to microwave to sterilise bottles and baby pool onsite. Although weather for us wasn’t great all week, we still had a lovely time getting bus to Salou or visiting Parc Samà nearby on duller days. Thank you for a lovely stay.
