Dålig service, det kändes långt ifrån ett 5-stjärnigt hotell. Första dagen hade vi inte fått kaffekapslar (som ingår) då ringde jag till receptionen för att be dom komma upp med det, då behövde vi betala för att få upp dom. Långsam incheckning. Fiskmåsar i poolen, en dag var också caféet vid poolen stängd vilket inte gjorde det till en bekväm vistelse. Vi hade även myror på rummet under hela vistelsen, och fick inte ens en ursäkt när vi berättade om detta.

Отличное расположение! Рядом все самые лучшие рестораны. При этом рекомендую брать номера, окна которых выходят не на дорогу, так как вечером и ночью будет шумно. Лучше брать с выходом на бассейн. Отличный отзывчивый персонал. Было забыто очень дорогое кольцо в номере. И это было обнаружено уже после вылета. Персонал предпринял все возможное и невозможное для решения вопроса и кольцо было найдено!! Огромная благодарность персоналу отеля за решение данного вопроса! Будем возвращаться к вам снова.

the location of the property is great - right opposite the road to puente romano
good value for money

Cons:

our balcony overlooked the main road which was so loud and kept us up all night
the cot they provided for my baby was cheap and unsafe
they didn’t restock mini bar
the breakfast was very bad
the swimming pool was freezing but it was may so to be expected

Un sejur minunat, într-un loc care pare desprins din paradis.
Pros:

Un hotel superb, cu o atmosferă de paradis. Totul a fost foarte curat, camerele moderne și confortabile, iar locația este excelentă. Mâncarea a fost foarte bună și diversificată, iar personalul amabil și atent. Zona exterioară este absolut superba. Un sejur relaxant și memorabil!

Cons:

Singurele minusuri au fost faptul că Wi-Fi-ul funcționa foarte slab, pernele nu au fost prea confortabile, spa-ul nu era funcțional în perioada sejurului(trebuia menționat acest lucru în momentul rezervării) , iar piscina exterioară nu era încălzită.
