For the price this worked well for us but friendlier more helpful staff would have really benefitted
Pros:

Comfortable room, reception area was modern and bright . Breakfast selection was ok. The basement room was dark - some out door space would be nice

Cons:

Staff were lack lustre, slow, not very friendly or accommodating. Bar staff at pool was slow. Pool is also right by the road over looking a concrete space and could hear building works .

Pros:

Quiet location, room was very comfortable and spacious, minibar. Underground parking. Very close to city centre ( 5 mins by taxi). I can only recommend this hotel.

Pros:

The room is quite luxurious, in a style fitting well the Marbella atmosphere. It is also quite big and the majority of the rooms have balconies as well. The breakfast has a wide variety of choices, with a lot of fresh goodies. Overall it is good quality for the money, but it is not so close to the beach, so you might want to consider this before booking.

Cons:

Compared to other parts of Spain, I didn't find the staff to be friendly and approachable, having a superior attitude. In one of the nights, when we returned to the hotel we encountered a wild boar and when we told the staff about it and to call the police, they said it is normal and we had to insist to them to call the police, as wild boars can become really dangerous.
