استمتعنا كثيراً بالإقامة في فندق ان اتش كولكشن رائع ومريح نفسياً بكل ماتعنيه من كلمه الغرف كانت واسعة وشرحه النظافة ممتازة عجبنا مراتب السرير مريحه لنوم عميق😍 ايضاً جذبنا الديكور الداخلي للغرفه جداً راقي و متناسق ومدروس 👌🏼 موقع الفندق ممتاز وخيالي في الميل الذهبي توفير ماء للشرب بعد تنظيف الغرفه وهذا يعود للاهتمام المسؤول عن راحة النزلاء واهتمامهم بركن القهوة داخل الغرفة وتقييمي بالأسعار مقابل ماذكر ممتاز 🌟اما الموظفين في غاية الاحترام والبشاشة و دودين و متعاونون جداً كل الشكر والتقدير لفريق ان اتش كولكشن على مفاجاه عيد ميلاد ابني شكراً من القلب 🤍
بكل تاكيد سأعود لفندق مره اخرى و أوصي به بشدة

لا يوجد عازل الصوت بالقدر الكافي بين الغرف مما ازعجنا اصواتهم بالغرفة المجاورة بوقت متاخر
السمح بدخول الحيونات ☹️
لا يتوفر شبشب الا عند الطلب
لا يوجد مكواة بالغرفة
اتمنى توفير مكواه بخار صغيرة باليد للزيارات القادمة

Pros:

We had an excellent stay at NH Collection. The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was with a great selection, and the service was outstanding throughout our visit.

A special thank you to the NH Collection team for the wonderful birthday surprise. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made my day even more special. We would be delighted to stay here again!

Cons:

The location was a bit from the center but since we like walking it was no problem for us take a walk by the beach.

Would recommend staying elsewhere
Pros:

The pool area and breakfast were great.

Cons:

Our room initially smelled like fish. It was also very damp throughout our stay. Our check in was a massive hassle with the check in staff being exceptionally rude. We had rented 4 rooms from our group and they were upset that a room had 2 children (one under the age of 2 and felt the children should be separated and a second room booked for that group, but ultimately made an exception).
The towel system was terrible as there was often no one to give towels to guests, but if you took a towel (because no one was there and you wanted to dry off for a moment) someone would find you and tell you off after.
