The rooms were clean and there was a nice selection at breakfast
We booked a superior sea view , but got a view of the pool and the filling station across the road and a bare glimpse of the sea, very disappointing as this was the start of a trip for a friends wedding and we just got married 1 month ago so we added on a mini moon either end of the week. We were offered to be moved to a higher room the next day but as we were only staying 2 nights it was too inconvenient. We ordered food at the pool bar and waited 1 hour 20 mins with multiple people ordering after us and getting the food well ahead of us. I raised these issues at reception and they were apologetic and sent some macaroons and champagne to the room by way of apology.
for the pool area you need to go out the front to the side rather than through the hotel, and the restaurant is completely covered with nowhere to eat outside.
Generally I think the hotel is mediocre and slightly overpriced for what you get.

The interior has been completely modernised and is clean and really well designed. It has a high end feel. The staff are super friendly and the hotel is not far from the beach. The rooms are excellent. Mine had a small balcony with views of the mountains to the north and the sea to the south. The breakfast was excellent.
The exterior is a little dated. Accessing the pool is a bit of a pain because you have to walk out the front door of the hotel. No chairs on the balcony.
