Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Everything, arrived and greeted rude. We arrived at 1:30pm. We simply ask if by chance the room available and dude was very rude. No check in not til 4. Ok no problem. Ac did not work. No one would help us til day 3 a manager happen to be in lobby and gave up her fan for us. Took towels down at noon, they had no towels for replacement. Went back at 3:30 and was told the was in the dryer when I was told that at noon and lady was like look I just got here. Finally received towels late at night and after being told they would bring to our room they did not and with the comment I didn’t say I would bring them up. Pool was so dark you couldn’t see through it. Did not clean it til our 3rd night stay which was day before the 4th. Of course! The lady with blue hair at this time was the rudest of all. She would look at you like she in space and did not care for whatever you had to say. Maintenance came up to our room on day 2 and told us that one ac unit is struggling to work and the other needs to be replaced and will let the office know. Knowing our ac was not working and did absolutely nothing for us. The room ac we had to keep room close to keep it cool. The bathroom was a sauna we had to keep door close. Oven couldn’t tell which eye you had on as it was scrubbed off. Oven door when pushing it the light would come on. Light above kitchen table bulbs was out. Fridge had broke shelf in door. Kitchen had hardly any dishes provided for you.( that’s fine but maybe let guest know). Light above stove did not work. To take a shower it was different to turn on but once figure it out it’s fine. Water was hot. Room key we had to keep getting programmed. Pool loungers some was broke. Not even shade. This was room 810 on the 8th floor. While all other floors had ac for the hallway ours did not. They had a dehumidifier and box fan up there. Opposite end of us the floor/ wall was peeling off. Elevators expiration date not up to date.

Pros:

We got a beach front room and it was beautiful, i absolutely loved it!

Cons:

The elevators stayed packed all day it was very hard to get up and down the floors, the side door was broken so you had to go through the front of the hotel, our microwave stoped working but the maintenance guy gave us another one and it worked other than that it was a great place to stay! I will be staying again!

The bathroom toilet moved, pool wasn't cleaned daily (sand, bugs, & debri) shower from pool area wasn't working (big hole in tile area near step when you came up from beach)

Absolutely everything!! The staff is friendly, the rooms are wonderful clean and comfortable. The view from the ocean room is absolutely beautiful!! Will continue to stay there for all my anniversary’s birthdays and just to get away!!

Cons:

Just that breakfast was not included, but that doesn’t stop me from staying there

Cons:

Key cards didn’t always work. Everyone was having issues. Also no fault of the business but the smell of people smoking dope was insane.

I was told if I got there early I could check in early. With extra fee, which was fine. But I had to wait till 4 o’clock cause I was waiting on the cleaning people to give a list of rooms that was clean. The cleaning people that was cleaning the rooms every time I was speak to them they always had an attitude. There was only one friendly person that was the lady at the front desk.

The only good part was being on the beach the property was dirty & smelled like smoke.

Rooms were dirty we had the tub over flow and the commode. We moved to another room it was dirty & Old pools were dirty. The employees were not apologetic did not offer a discount it was terrible.
