Been staying there for 20 years , the last 3 years have been the worst , won't be going back

the closeness to the beach was good

Cons:

took over 3 hours to get our room ready. we had pre booked the room the night before. we called around 12 the next day seeing if we could check in early, we could not. a few hours later we go there to see if we can check in yet, again we cannot. we get there back at 4:25. room is still not ready. we didn’t get into our room until 7. the hallways stunk, the elevators are very old, nice staff though, however it’s overall just not the greatest hotel. it was pretty rough.

The front staff was very nice

I paid for 3 nights and didn’t even stay one night. Run down hotel for sure.

Cons:

The room smelled awful. Very stale. The pictures didnt mirror hotel.

Enjoyed my stay so overall was a good experience

Cons:

Sliding door to the balcony was hard to open and close also while sitting on balcony the smell of smoke was strong

To sum up my stay, it was mid. 3/10 I don’t recommend.
Pros:

I liked the location. It was convenient for what I had planned for the weekend and that was a plus.

Cons:

For starters, the parking lot wasn’t the best for the type of vehicle I have. I disliked the aura and the smell of smoke when first entering the building. The room was not to my liking but I made it work. However, I highly disliked that there was water leaking from the ceiling into my bathroom, which left flooding and damage to my personal items. This issue needs to be fixed as soon as possible because that could lead to mold forming, which could be a liability. I didn’t get to fully enjoy the property due do my schedule but I don’t think I would’ve enjoyed it anyway.

Will not stay at the hotel again.
Pros:

Good location.

Cons:

Room was dirty- greasy hand prints on the phone, hair in the shower, hand prints on the bathroom mirror, carpet in hallway smelled like urine. Outside shower by pool did not work. No ice in machine. Rust in bathroom and on bathroom ceiling. Indoor pool water appeared cloudy and dirty.
