It was very clean and comfortable
People were vaping all night long and I have asthma and it really affected me. Also, kids in swimming pool were Extremely Loud for about 3 hours straight until I finally complained
The location was great and the beach view could have been amazing.
My experience at this hotel was very underwhelming. As I arrived at the room, a new door lock was being installed, but that was the only positive thing I found, a new lock, which should have been already installed before my arrival to the room to avoid me from having to wait in the hallway before having access into the room. As I entered the room I noticed it had a balcony facing the pool and beach, but you could hardly appreciate the beauty of it because both glass sliding doors had a thick coat of dust that clearly showed it had been a long time since it was last cleaned. As I proceeded to unlock the sliding door, I noticed the lock was completely rotten and corroded. As I attempted to pull the sliding door open, it wouldn’t budge. I had to stand on side of door, and use both hands to pull it open. That’s when I noticed the door floor track had a black coat build up and the patio floor was disgustingly filled with black and green mildew buildup. Because the sliding door wouldn’t close all the way, and the A/C was cold, it created a sweaty wet condensation on the floors, so I never took my sandals off. Since I was realizing the kind of hotel I had checked into, I decided to check the fire alarm on the wall, top of the bed, because I couldn’t see the light on it. As I unscrewed the alarm face from the wall, I noticed it was disconnected from the wires, with an orange wired cut. I screwed it back on the wall without reconnecting it, afraid that it would cause some kind of electrical fire or something bad. I went to use the bathroom, and as I opened the toilet, I noticed a black mildew ring around the bowl. I closed and flushed it, which help a little, but as you can see in the picture there was still residual left on the bowl. I went to the lobby to get ice, and when I asked the gentleman at the front desk, he informed me that the ice maker machine compressor had been out of order.

I liked the bed, it was comfortable. The balcony view was amazing. Living room space was nice. Kitchen area was nice.
I didn't like the mold above the shower head ceiling. When the steam was in the bathroom, the mild had me coughing. Not a good look for the hotel. Also, I saw a small bug(baby roach) crawling underneath the sink. That threw me off. But the other things that I liked overshadowed what the flaws.

Calling the phone number listed in the reservation yielded endless ringing with no answer.
Although we were at the end of a hallway it was noisy. Light from the hallway was beaming into the room.
Main lights for the room did not work.
No hot water to shower on the 1st day of a 3 night stay.
Asked for wash clothes for showering in person, 40 minutes later asked again in person and received them.
Did not sleep well due to noise. The last night sounded like a plumber using a rotor rooter on the pipes across the hall.
Found 2 roaches one in the kitchen and another one in the restroom
Great location, staff, amenties and dog beach and value. Will be back!

Location, quiet, right on ocean. Loved the room amenities- full oven and fridge. Also microwave. Had dishes, pots and pans available, which came in handy.
Toilet was not clean when we arrived. They fixed it right away, but ewwww! Bathroom sink drained slow. Shower difficult to operate and only lukewarm water. Half the staff was nice other half-specifically night staff, bad attitudes. Place has just seen better days!
