Ontbijt weer iets beter@Ok!

Cons:

De emotieloze receptioniste.
Keek niet goed en wilde de tweede nacht opnieuw afrekenen,terwijl die al betaald was.
Onze deurcard was geblokt. .Geen probleem, op zich, maar net doen alsof dat niet haar probleem was die fout.Een vriendelijk lachje en een excuus waren op zijn plaats geweest.
Onverstoord emotieloos blijven kijken.

Pros:

Bei unserer Ankunft gegen 23:00 Uhr gab es gerade ein Problem mit dem Computersystem im Hotel; ausserdem hatten die Aufzüge alle eine Störung und funktionierten nicht. Und in unserem Zimmer tropfte Wasser von der Klimaanlage von der Decke. Alle diese zufällig zusammengekommene Zwischenfälle wurden durch das Personal schnell, professionell und freundlich gelöst.
Das Zimmer war tadellos und sauber, die Betten sehr bequem, das Frühstück prima.

Cons:

Iedereen spreekt alleen Engels, dat vind ik schandalig in Nederland.
Lekkage wasbak, heel de badkamer blank, kamer omgeboekt naar een etage die volop in verbouwing is terwijl ik voor en na de nachtdienst moet slapen. Dus hier kom ik niet meer!
