La piscina y la amabilidad del personal de Restaurante
Instalaciones muy antiguas y habitaciones, poco conservadas, mantenimiento pésimo
Las instalaciones y la ubicacion así como el trato de los chicos del bar y actividades y la oportunidad de quedarnos hasta la hora de salida del vuelo
Pues mi pareja y yo tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente, pues nos entregaron algo tarde la habitacion y cuando no la entregaron ya era de alguien mas, baje a buscar la solucion y me entregaron una habitacion diferente a la solicitada, aunque agradezco que me hicieran el cambio al dia siguiente a la habitacion solicitada.

La ubicación es linda, la playa que tienen en frente es bonita, sin embargo no tienen sillas en la playa o servicio en la playa. La comida es de normal para buena. Lo positivo es que puedes visitar los otros decameron. El restaurante isleño fue lo mejor.
La comida y las bebidas alcoholicas pudieron ser mejor.
Lo que más valoro del hotel es su ubicación. Está muy cerca del aeropuerto, frente a la playa principal y se puede llegar caminando al centro, al comercio y recorrer fácilmente la costanera. Eso hace que moverse por la isla sea muy cómodo y agradable.
Viajo frecuentemente y esta ha sido la primera vez que realmente tengo una mala experiencia de alojamiento. Se trata de un hotel all inclusive que promete altos estándares, el servicio y la atención no estuvieron a la altura.
Los problemas comenzaron en el check-in, cuando nos asignaron habitaciones matrimoniales siendo que la reserva era de habitaciones dobles. A pesar de mostrar la reserva, insistían en que eso correspondía y nos dijeron que volviéramos al día siguiente porque “no había disponibilidad”.
Al otro día descubrimos que ni siquiera habían dejado registro del requerimiento al siguiente turno, por lo que tuvimos que explicar todo nuevamente. La solución era desocupar las habitaciones y esperar hasta después de las 3 pm para ver si podían asignarnos otras, haciéndonos perder prácticamente todo el día.
Les pedimos que hicieran el cambio mientras recorríamos la isla, dejando las maletas listas. Al volver cerca de las 8 pm, nuevamente nos habían asignado piezas incorrectas y además las maletas seguían en las piezas anteriores. Tuvimos que volver a reclamar y esperar otra solución.
Finalmente nos cambiaron, pero una pieza tenía filtración bajo el lavamanos y el agua de la ducha se salía por el suelo hacia el baño.
También se evidenció poca capacitación del personal. En el horario de snacks, una trabajadora dejó un plato sobre la plancha caliente de hamburguesas. Otra huésped tomó el plato sin saber que estaba ardiendo, se quemó fuertemente la mano y el plato terminó quebrándose. Fue un accidente completamente evitable.
Lo más negativo fue la actitud del personal. En recepción fueron rígidos y poco resolutivos, y en el buffet gran parte del staff se veía desmotivado y poco amable. Da la impresión de que muchas personas no están felices trabajando allí y eso termina afectando directamente la experiencia del huésped.
Ya había estado en San Andrés, en otro hotel de la cadena, teniendo una buena experiencia. Por eso esta vez me sorprendió el deterioro.

No sun loungers on the beach seemed a little odd. You had to pay a local if you wanted a sun lounger.
Some staff especially in the restaurant weren't very attentive.

Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing from start to finish. When we arrived at 11:00 AM, we were not allowed to receive wristbands to eat until 3:00 PM, which was extremely inconvenient after traveling.
While the pool itself was very nice, the rest of the amenities did not meet expectations. The food and drinks were of poor quality with very little variety, and there were no kid-friendly bar options. Guests are also not allowed to drink inside the pool, which felt unnecessarily restrictive.
We traveled as a large family (five rooms), and the dining reservation process was frustrating. Reservations had to be made online at 8:00 AM, and each room had to book separately, making it difficult to coordinate as a group.
The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful, which added to the negative experience. The rooms were outdated and poorly maintained. Our toilet repeatedly overflowed and would not flush properly.
Overall, this was a very disappointing stay, and I would not recommend this hotel.
