Pros:

Excellent personal, breakfast and confortable room. Extra services as laundry, are also excellent. Personal really interested to help in everything you may need.

Excelente desayuno y espacios limpios. Todo el personal, excelente

Family treated
Pros:

I was treated like royalty. I’ve been there before and was greeted as if they have known me for years. That is a very unique experience.

En la ventana de la habitación había un compresor o una maquinaria que tenía un ruido que no dejo dormir, ni descansa. No pudieron cambiar la habitación ya que el hotel se encontraba lleno.

Enjoyable stay in Santiago
Pros:

The location is great you can walk around the Colonia area and also walk to the famous monument. The staff is excellent with customer service front desk , restaurant, cleaning, doormen , security. One can see excellence in the training they received.

Cons:

The AC in my room was not working well so my first night was uncomfortable. I brought it to the attention of the staff the next morning and l received a change of room which was very comfortable.
